The order was incorrect. I called to inform them, and the person asked if I wanted to come back. I explained that I couldn’t because I had work meetings to attend. Unfortunately, the response was rude, and she hung up on me. Experiences like this make it hard to support local businesses when customer service falls short.

Worst hot dogs I ever had. The toppings were underneath the dog and there were barely any. Plain roll & cheap dogs. They should be ashamed to be in business.

Burritos are great. Good pepperoni rolls. They’re fast. They have soft serve and milkshakes. They definitely don’t have the best hot dogs though so don’t go there with that expectation.

Pete’s Hotdogs: A Culinary Lament

Pete’s Hotdogs, once a cherished haven for hotdog enthusiasts, now stands as a somber testament to the perils of compromising quality in the pursuit of cost-efficiency. The establishment’s recent decline is a culinary tragedy, a stark reminder that even the most beloved institutions can falter when corners are cut.

The hotdogs, once plump and flavorful, now seem lackluster, a pale imitation of their former selves. The change is palpable, a disheartening departure from the culinary excellence that once defined Pete’s. The milkshakes, too, have suffered, though to a lesser extent. Some remain relatively unchanged, a fleeting reminder of the glory days, but others, most notably the peanut butter shake, have fallen victim to cost-cutting measures. The switch to a cheaper peanut butter brand is immediately apparent, a jarring reminder of the establishment’s misplaced priorities.

It’s a lamentable turn of events, a stark contrast to the Pete’s of yesteryear. The once-vibrant flavors have faded, replaced by a sense of disappointment and disillusionment. The spirit of Pete’s, the passion for quality that once permeated every aspect of the establishment, seems to have vanished, leaving behind a hollow shell of its former self.

It’s a cautionary tale, a reminder that even the most beloved institutions can succumb to the allure of cost-cutting. In the end, it’s the consumer who suffers, left to mourn the loss of a once-cherished culinary gem. Pete’s Hotdogs, once a beacon of culinary excellence, now stands as a somber reminder of the perils of compromising quality in the pursuit of profit.

I love the food and the staff is always nice. I always get the same things and they either forget my chips or my drink. It usually doesn’t bother me but it’s starting to be everytime..

Poor customer service ( No Greeting). I ordered their burger lunch special, just to learn that their burgers are microwaved. I asked the employee if he just microwaved my burger and he said “Yes, the burgers come precooked”. I ate the $.50 bag of chips and drank my drink. The burger went right in the trash when I got back to my office. I always try to spend my money locally, but $8.00 for microwave burger, chips, and drink. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
