If you ever want to try some good pho, go to this restaurant! The pho I had was so delicious, they served a big quantity and the service was so great. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and I also liked the fact that they had so many variety of drinks that are WORTH it! If you ever happen to be by the area, you won’t be disappointed. From the food, drinks, and service you will definitely come back.

Really good Pho! Broth was amazing, wish there was more meat and meatballs but delicious! Veggie Rolls, Egg Rolls, and Dumplings were also very good. Nice clean restaurant with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Loving this place. They’re so friendly. The Pho broth is flavorful, rare beef is great quality and sliced thin, the chicken was tender, the noodles were generously portioned. Pho veggies are so fresh. $15/$16, may be slightly higher than I like to pay…it’s no more expensive than any other place for anything. We’ve been here 3 times, and every time has been consistently excellent. I forgot to take a pic of the pho, but next time…for sure.

**Update**
I wanted to share an update after giving Cha Yen another opportunity. I’m happy to say there’s been a noticeable improvement in consistency. My usual red curry has been consistently well-portioned, flavorful, and made with the right balance of ingredients each time, which has made the experience much more enjoyable and reliable.

While I’m genuinely sad to see the drunken noodles removed from the menu (one of my favorite orders), the care and consistency they’ve brought back into the kitchen hasn’t gone unnoticed. I appreciate when a restaurant listens to feedback and shows improvement through action, and because of that, I’m glad to continue supporting Cha Yen and hope they keep this momentum going.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cha Yen for a long time and have always tried to be patient with the mishaps along the way. I even left a positive review before because I truly enjoyed their food and overall experience.

I usually order the red curry with tofu (no basil), and while it used to come in a good-sized portion, they eventually changed the container size and claim it’s the same amount but it’s clearly not. What’s been even more frustrating is how often they’ve added basil to my food even though I always specify not to. The last time I ordered drunken noodles, I went in person and ordered directly at the counter, and when I got home, there was a heavy amount of basil in it. I honestly wondered if it was done on purpose, but I didn’t bother calling. At this point, I’m just exhausted from dealing with the same mistake.

The biggest issue now is the inconsistency, I never know what to expect. Today was the last straw. My red curry came in a round tupperware container with a lid that didn’t close at all, which made a mess in my bag. There were barely any vegetables and no eggplant at all; I basically drank coconut broth. I wish I had taken a photo of today’s order to show the difference, but honestly, I wasn’t expecting such a disappointing experience. My husband also had to wait about 30 minutes for our pickup order, which had been sitting bagged up on the counter the entire time. No one noticed until he finally got up and asked about it.

It’s disappointing because I’ve been such a loyal supporter, but at this point, I think I need to step back for a while. I really hope they can bring back the consistency and care they once had.

delicious tea, they probably have about every flavor possible, menu has about 50+ flavors..plus they had milk alternatives since i’m lactose intolerant, so that was a bonus! beautiful atmosphere and it was so clean and the lady who made my tea made it right in front of me, fresh! no powders or fake stuff, real tea. i’ll definitely be back!

The service was great and the drinks were delicious, but unfortunately the food didn’t meet expectations. It was overly salty, and I kept finding questionable fibers on the vegetables. I couldn’t tell if they were from the produce or something else, which left me feeling uneasy and unable to enjoy the meal. This was my second visit, and my first experience wasn’t great either

Extremely expensive 15.99 for soup 6.99 for tai tea I took 10 sips and the tea was gone; cup 3/4 ice. For that price I want a bucket of dring or a free refill. So much for lunch. I’ll bring a sandwich tomorrow. Noodles were over cooked couldn’t get them on chop sticks fork was useless. Broth was good not dark like other beef broth I’ve had.

Nice restaurant big tv.

Really great Boba tea, slushies, smoothies, and coffee! Food is wonderful too! I had the dragon Fruit slush this time and I’m blown away! The dumplings appetizer is fantastic! They’re chicken! I’m trying the Stir Fried Egg Noodle with chicken now and I expect to have my taste buds tantalized. This place is awesome!
