This Papa John’s is in a convenient location for our family, but unfortunately this one doesn’t accept all of the coupons in the app like other stores in Wichita. Today when picking up (approximately 10 minutes past when the pizza should be ready) I pulled through the drive through to find out that it would be another 30 minutes to receive my order. That’s pretty rough.

Ordered by phone. Told 20 minutes. Waited one hour because they forgot to put cheese on the pizza. Then they said that they got a call and couldn’t release my pizza even though it was already charged to my card. I became upset, asked if was calling me a thief. He apologized and gave me the pizza. I have never had such horrible service ever. Everyone customer in there was mad and every employee confused. Don’t waste your money.

This was a terrible experience. It took longer to pay for my order than for it to be made. 20mins after handing me my pizza I finally got my card back to be told the person ringing up the order was new, he hit a wrong button, but they saved be a little over a $1! What, at the expense of cold food and me being late…
To top it off the pizza was mediocre and the breadstick were to hard to eat.
Would not recommend.

Asked if they can make a thin crust personal pan pizza and was told rudely they only do thin crust in large pizza only.
After I tryed to pay for a personal pan cheese pizza and the cashier couldn’t even look in my eye to tell me I have to pay over there. I mean if you hate your job that much there is plenty of jobs elsewhere. Don’t have to take it out on the customer.

Ordered carry out online. Just a simple Flatbread. Watied 15 minutes to head there. Got there and was told it wasn’t in the oven yet. Paid. They let me stand there for a half an hour waiting because they just threw my food in the heater and left it. I finally complained and of course it had been ready for 20 minutes they simply didn’t bother to check. Got it back to work and there was no meat in it. It was supposed to be a Philly cheese steak. There were a total of 5 small slices of meat in the entire rather large Flatbread. He did put plenty of green peppers though. It was over flowing with raw green pepper. How could someone make that and think for a second it would be good. Also watched the cook make food with no gloves the whole 40 minutes they left me standing there. Would definitely avoid this location.

Ordered pizza over the phone and said it was 19.99 for to large pizzas special and got there and it was 35 dollars and they said the answering service lies. Now I had to take kids to church with no food. Very disappointed. Havnt had papa johns in a while normally go to caseys but wanted to switch it up wish I wouldn’t of.

ABSOLUTELY TERRRIBLE!!! The worst Papa John’s in the Wichita, KS area. You cannot order most items online. Even if you call, and someone actually answers the phone, your order will still be wrong. After waiting an hour for them to correct it, I cancelled my order as it was still not ready. I have tried to order from this location 3 times, a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza. This location couldn’t manage that. They also do not participate in any nation wide advertising campaign specials either. I’ve learned my lesson. Do not recommend. Avoid! Never again!

Call in order. The associate overlooked telling the that the store was experiencing a malfunction with the card scanner. And that they were only excepting cash. When I arrived there were 3 people in front of me, no big deal. I noticed that the associate that was taking orders, did not inform the customers prior to placing their orders that the card scanners were not working and they would have to pay cash. No big, deal. When I over heard this I used the ATM located in the convenience store and paid the additional fee. Maybe there should have been a sign posted, or the associated should have informed customers prior to ordering that they were only accepting cash. Pizza was great.

The pizza was to be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I arrived after nearly 20 minutes they had just put the pizza in the oven. When it did come out 15 minutes later they would not give me any discount for my inconvenience. When I got home I saw that the pizza was dry and the crust burnt black. I will NEVER go back to this Papa John’s again and will just go back to using Pizza Hut. I’ve had Papa John’s before and was REALLY, REALLY disappointed. The quality seal was a farce.
