OMG, our plan was just to stop in for coffee. We ended up having breakfast for dinner, sharing a big piece of cake, AND having 2 cups coffee, while enjoying fun conversation with Annie and her daughter. We’ll ABSOLUTELY be coming back here! The atmosphere was completely welcoming, the food was hot, fast and tasty (eggs jist how I love them) and the coffee was hot and FRESH! (A new pot of regular was brewed up when we ordered. This place is a gem! There’s some community boards advertising fun local activities- plays, bazaars, fairs, etc.
We saw one of the specials being served, and there was a full cob of corn delivered with it. I bet it was local and fresh, as someone was advertising selling corn by the dozen on a sign. Loved this diner!

first impression when I walked in was nice cozy family environment but the tables are cramped , waitresses were friendly but had three different waiting on us in the beginning .ordered hot tea did not ask what I wanted just gave me black tea when they had a variety my children ordered waffles and they both came out hard on top undercooked or spongy in the middle my husband ordered the Black diamond breakfast and that was great. not sure if I’ll return

This food is so good. It tastes like “home cooking”. Even better than I can make. I’m never disappointed. The waitstaff is always friendly and good with asking periodically if there’s anything we need.

The breakfasts are my favorite. The prices are average like other restaurants. I am not a fan of using the ladies room. Needs cleaning. I love all the girls who wait on us. Good place to sit and chat with a friend over coffee

Just what the doctor ordered. I was having a bad week and if there was only one truth in life it would be that good food can make you feel better. Not only was the food fresh, hot, and satisfying, the service was exceptional. Every encounter with any employee was pleasant and professional. I must make it a point that my wait time after ordering was only about 10 minutes, quickest service I’ve had in a while. There are many little things I was pleased to see such as even though it was a slow time I saw every employee keeping busy.
In conclusion I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a affordable and quality dinner exsperince make this there first choice. I know I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.
