UPDATE: I DID COME BACK.. the staff is so kind. We had a conversation and she did let me know they have a few new baristas and are working on making sure they dont over foam the milk and get the quantity/quality correct. – thank you much better this time
I think i need to go back to local coffee shops. Paying over $8 for a coffee and getting a cup with 2 INCHES of room unfilled is unacceptable! They will tell you it because of the milk foam, but this drink.isnt supposed to have milk foam or I would have ordered without it! Do better Starbucks. You sure charge enough!!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, three people working, but only one is making drinks while the other two just sit at the registers. There is always a huge line in the drive-thru and I’ve seen cars not move for 5 mins. It’s like the employees don’t understand urgency. I’ve been in the service industry most of my life and I understand having good customer service, but if you can’t talk and make a drink at the same time then they need better training.

You spend $50 almost every time you come here and you think exceptional service is what you would get. I order 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches and a cake pop I get the cake pop with the sandwiches and it melted the cake pop. Then they get me 2 out of my three drinks untill 20 mins later and me complaining before they start making my last one. Only to when I brought it up get met with attitude.

This is becoming the slowest Starbucks. Last week I ordered a drink and it was finally ready 15 minutes after the projected time. Today I’ve waited 10 minutes past the projected time and neither times were really busy. I placed the order ahead to pick up in store.

Every morning that I come to this Starbucks the team is incredibly friendly and I leave with a smile. Today was no different. My day was off to a rough start, but I immediately perked up at the sight of dinosaurs in the window (they’re my favorite!) My husband chatted with Katie and told her she’s my favorite and always makes me smile, and then told her how much I love dinosaurs. She proceeded to give me a dinosaur, which now lives on my desk at work, and then I got an extra surprise when we were pulling away and I saw the glittery dinosaur sticker on my cup. Thank you for making my mornings more than a coffee stop, it’s always an uplifting experience!
***UPDATE: Second visit this week and the dinosaurs are still in the window, but today’s specialty was dinosaur JOKES! Absolutely made me day. Thank you Katie!!!

They were out of the drink I wanted, but the worker had a suggestion on how to make a similar drink. Also, had a suggestion on my bakery item to redeem (I didn’t see the one I specifically wanted) and warmed up my pumpkin muffin. It was so good! I enjoy going to this location. The biggest struggle is the giant hill when entering off of 135.

I Always order from this Starbucks because it’s on my way to school. I love them but they’re always missing at least ONE THING in my drink.
Today I got Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso w extra caramel drizzle and I didn’t get the cinnamon powder and I got LITTLE caramel drizzle.
These are small things but I paid close to $8 for it so I want them on my drink!!!!

Gone downhill. Normally ok here but good Lord they don’t listen. You can show them the information from a previous order and they’ll still not get the item or quantity correct.
Ended up they made one hot coffee instead of two iced coffees and then realized they hadn’t even rung up the second coffee. This after waiting for when the second iced coffee was going to turn up.
Wasn’t like it was busy either. Making us waste time for no reason other than they don’t listen
