Established in 2019. Perla Baking Co. cafe was born out of the idea to bring our love of baked goods and specialty coffee to the historic main street of Defuniak Springs, Florida. We offer our local community fresh breads, pastries, desserts and lunch items paired with great organic coffee and teas from Amavida Coffee Roasters. The coffee and food is amazing!! The baked pastry selection is so good. I usually get the quiche because it is so delicious…but I had the biscuits and gravy this morning…all I have is an empty plate to show lol. Sorry! The coffee is Amavida and is so delicious!! It is COFFEE…not watered down nasty stuff. The lattes are better than any I’ve had…It is so great to have a place like this local. Don’t hesitate…the price is worth it for the quality and fresh food you are served here…you will pay more at chains!! SUPPORT LOCAL!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Perla Baking Co. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was cozy and clean. I visited there today waiting on my hubby to get through with the dentist. The inside is nice and big and clean. I bought me a blueberry muffin, a chocolate crescent roll and a cream cheese Danish. All of it was sooooo good. The staff is really nice.I will definitely be back.
