Overall: food was OK. I ordered the Double Crunch and Coconut Creme pie. The pie was the best out of the whole meal. Fish was soggy, shrimp coating was fried too long, and I had difficulties eating them, fries were cold. Customer service was lacking. Also, the parking lot needs to be paved, major potholes.

I’m only giving them 3 stars because the waitresses did an excellent job. However I ordered a Benedict with avocados just to get rotten avocados NOTE:I only took a bit of avocado and return the plate when I noticed all the avocados were like this I would show more pics if I could. The lady was nice to refund it But completely killed my appetite. Then to notice exiting the restaurant they have chemical spray not one but 3 at the food prepping table there was only water and ketchup condiment from what I saw but if those chemicals get in the water I pray for you.

The service was great and the food excellent, but! The negative review is because of the franchise’s decisions. This location does not honor the free pie Monday and also does not carry the apricot syrup even though the server said lots of people ask for it. I will not be back to this location as this is the whole reason we chose Perkins for diner. It’s obvious to hat the owner is a penny smart but a dollar foolish. This would explain the empty parking lot when we pulled in as well as we were the only customers the whole hour we were there.

Food was amazing!!! The eggs were on point! Getting seated and served was slow but when it is a holiday and the place is short staffed and the staff there is overwxerted, overwhelmed, and stressed out of course service is going to suffer. I wish I could say this was uncommon but every time I have gone here it is short staffed and service suffers as a result. Our waitress was kind and good but very busy and overwhelmed. Our host was tryingvto keep up but like the rest of the staff, he had too many things to try to do all at once. It is sad bc it is one of the few places that have good breakfast at dinner anymore. It makes me sad to see this place be so badly handled!

When I first got there I went to the bathroom and the floor was so extremely sticky. My feet stuck every step I took. To top it off one of the toilets had a leak and the floor was wet. When I looked up at the pictures on the wall there was a disgusting film like someone cleaned it with the rag that had cleaned the toilet. When I sat down with my family I didn’t say anything because the waitress was right there. The silverware also appeared dirty. When the food showed up I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I could barely eat it was so disgusting I couldn’t get over it. For a Tuesday morning the restaurant was pretty full so I thought hopefully the food was good but I just couldn’t get over it. I won’t ever be back.

The food was fine. Good – not delicious. My biggest knock on this Perkins is that it was dirty! Floors were filthy, and there was food everywhere. When pulling into the restaurant, I noticed garbage by the side door and the outside of the building looks rough. Needs some TLC!

It’s Perkins, I know you went there as a kid and if your like me, you probably got a steady dose of second-hand smoke. But that is the case no longer. Go and enjoy your old favorites like the app samp and a bottomless cup of coffee with none of the smoke and all of the nostalgia that Perkins can give you. Some say its just a family restaurant. I say it’s your childhood!

Ordered Tangier burger with no BBQ sauce. Burger arrived WITH BBQ sauce and no bacon. Normal servers actually make sure it’s your order when they pick it up. Server asked if we wanted a tea refill, husband said yes, then never brought the refill but later asked if we wanted the refill to go…kind of pointless after wrong burger boxed and really to leave.
