Our waitress, Sandra, was one of the best waitresses I have ever had! She engaged in conversation with us and was very tentative throughout our whole experience. We didn’t even have to ask for anything because she was already on it before we could ask! 10/10 would recommend this Perkins to anyone in hopes that you get Sandra as your waitress!

Door dashed order. I paid $20 for 1 meal. I asked for cheese on hash browns this is what I received. I called and was told Im sorry. I will never order from here again! High priced, small portions, bland, greesy, and poor customer service!

We both ordered the shrimp dinner. My mashed potatoes and gravy was cold and the shrimp were overcooked. My husband’s shrimp was also overcooked. His asparagus was tough and cold and his corn was also cold. The waiter didn’t stop back to see how the food was or we would have told him about it. We’re regular breakfast customers but spent $30 on an evening meal that was TERRIBLE. We’ll NEVER eat dinner there again. We ate the shrimp and part of the rest of our meals… HATE to throw food out but would have had a better meal next door at Burger King. All the woman at the register could say is that she’s sorry.☹️☹️☹️

Went in to pick up my free birthday Magnificent Seven other day. Great experience. At first I was just going to get to go but then when I got there decided to order a coffee and eat inside. Good decision. I’ve loved the Mag7 for long time. Just enough to satisfy. Coffee good. Sandra, the manager, was very friendly and gave me a comp coffee to go! All the other staff also friendly and asked how the meal was not just the server. Cakes were tasty and fluffy 🙂 bacon crispy but not overdone. Eggs were fine. Part of the rating is for the atmosphere and people.

Visited Perkins on Southgate on 7/19/23 @ 4p for curbside delivery. The lady that brought the order to the car was very nice. I was early and the order was ready! The food was delicious especially the meatloaf and Southwestern chicken salad! I would highly recommend this restaurant for the food and pleasant staff. Dawn the manager was very nice when I called in to let her know the food was delicious!

I had supper at Perkins and as soon as I pulled in I noticed that the whole parking lot was well situated and easy to access from the road and then I walked in the hostess was very friendly and polite and showed me to a table and few minutes after Kourtney came to my table to take my order she was very understanding and knowledgeable about the menu! I ordered Chicken tender and double crispy taters tots with cheddar cheese sauce and took it all back to my hotel but the taters tots weren’t crispy at all but still enjoyed my food !
