I and two friends were at Perkins today, Monday, February 16th, for lunch. Our server was Sophia. We would like to commend her friendliness, service and kindness. She did a wonderful job. Hope she’s there next time we come in. Oh, and the food was excellent too, as always!!

Went to eat thanksgiving lunch today food was great, our waitress was so busy i guess she have a lot of tables to take care of, she was not the best. She served our plates and leave us the check. Didnt came back to check if we need drink refills or even ask if we want desserts which we do. We went to pay and order the pie on our way out. Anyway bad service and we will not go back to this location.

We came in 10-12-25 after my husband and I just got married with his parents, my mother and sister-in-law. Almost every table was still full of remnants of past diners and had a line waiting to get in. It was the after church rush. There was one hostess on duty and seemed to be maybe one or two waitresses. You could tell they were understaffed. Eventually, the hostess sat us but we had to wait awhile to have someone wait on us. I could see one waitress running around everywhere trying to get orders and help the customers she had. When she came to our table I had to tell her to breathe and relax a little. You could tell she was at her wits end. Her name was Marquita. She greeted us as if we were her only customers. She was an excellent waitress and very friendly in spite of the turmoil going on around her. My mother-in-law paid the bill, but I found out after we left she never tipped her. I personally want to apologize that we dropped the ball here and live too far to go give her a tip (and they won’t let you tip over the phone), so I wanted to put a shout out to Marquita and the exceptional service she provided.

I ordered take out breakfast a week ago and while eating at home I bit into what I assume was an egg shell mixed in with my scrambled eggs. When I spit the food into a napkin I started spitting blood also. Whatever it was had cut me. I immediately tossed the food out and filed a complaint to customer service. I have yet to received a response or a refund. Absolutely disgusting experience. Avoid this location like the plague as there are many other places who actually care about their customers.

We walked in and should have turned right around! I hate doing one star reviews but please take the time to read this! This review was completely avoidable, The greeter was the best part of our visit. The waitress was anything but interested in our experience. They sat us near the kitchen and the door to the kitchen looks like a crime scene and everyone touches that door and your food! We ordered breakfast eggs pancakes bacon. When the waitress brought our food out the pancakes were hanging off the plate and was touching the shirt of our server! Pretty gross. Things to be aware of this restaurant cleans nothing as every light, wall menu cover and lamp was full of filth!
