This has probably been the worst Sonic I’ve ever been too. Multiple occasions they’ve messed up something in the order. Drinks, food, desserts something ends up being missed and we live near by. I’ve had servers say they are going to bring it out then go on break before actually delivering the food. Also don’t use the mobile order app here, they are incredibly slow to getting you the order. I’m typing this as I’ve waited for my mobile order that I ordered 20mins ago and showed up 15mins ago for 3 drinks…

Sonic has awesome food. The burgers are fantastic. The service is typically fast and polite. Honestly I seriously do recommend Sonic for food,drinks and dessert. If you use a smart phone you should definitely check into the app. They have some magnificent deals. Thanks Sonic and obviously you workers who are in the restaurants doing the work to make the awesome food and delivering it so politely. Thanks again.

Sonic was so better before they went from red to blue. Used to have the best Orange juice in sonic ice, now they serve it in a bottle, just like every other fast food joint. Focus on your food and quit going with this crazy crap, like pickle everything.

Wanted a quick lunch and Sonic is usually a pretty solid choice. Wrong. Ordered a small mozzarella sticks which were perfectly fine. Ordered medium fries. Ice cold, stuck together, essentially inedible. They ended up in the trash. So my lunch turned into a snack. It took a lloooonnnngggg time to get my food. All I could think was they were milking the cow then making the mozzarella by hand. I won’t go back to this location again. It would have been easier to just toss my hard earned money in the trash.

On my initial visit, I was not satisfied with my food. It was cold and unappetizing. I requested a refund for my burger because it was too cold. The carhop got the manager and what made me relax was that the manager was not only willing to give my refund she was willing to make things right. I am highly pleased by the level of customer service I received from Breezie Benear. I appreciate your time and attention to my matter.

I stop at this location for breakfast at least once a week. I’ve never had a bad experience with their food, drinks, or service. All the employees are super nice, despite it being early morning and are always sure to ask if I need anything else when they bring out my food and/or drinks. It’s a little difficult to get out of the parking lot during high traffic hours, but otherwise, it’s a wonderful location.
