What an amazing restaurant!! The atmosphere is country with a home town feel. The servers are friendly and very helpful. Karen was incredible. We decided not to get an appetizer and the entree portions are so large I’m glad we skipped it. Both our meals came with 2 sides and a good sized dinner salad. We both got blue cheese dressing which was nice. I ordered the special new York strip with blue cheese sauce and fried onions. We both got pickled beets as one of our sides. They are home made and wonderful. I also had linguine noodles with Parmesan and butter.
My husband got the fish and chips which was very good size and as I said he got the beets. We were too full for dessert but everything was wonderful. What a great stop!

A great place to go along the 76. Food is excellent (chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli)! Great price! Staff was a bit busy but there was only one server taking care of 6 tables. Honestly, feels like what the Cracker Barrel used to be like way back in the day!

Stopped in thanks to their truck parking, went inside and got a really nice sweet tea with lemon. Then chip and salsa which was plenty spicy, and finally fettuccine Alfredo with a good helping of shrimp and grilled chicken. Thankfully they allow overnight parking cause I’m gonna have to sleep this meal off

Everyone we’ve encountered here was extremely kind. Every single thing we ordered was delicious & I’m in awe at how crispy the hash browns are even when they’re smothered. Will def visit again when in the area 🙂

My sister took me here. We both had the chicken fried steak. I tried green chili. Both were phenomenal. Huge portions sizes. Definitely enough take home. We both did.

Well, this place is not as good as it used to be. We stopped here for a bite to eat my husband used to eat here many years ago. The service was fine. I had a hamburger and he had Rocky Mountain oysters, greasy and tough. The restaurant is old. It’s been there for a long time, but it draws a big crowd so to each his own.

Fish time here, we are from Arianna and came to visit mom. She suggested this place and o my no disappointments. They were busy when we came and had to wait about 20 min, but was worth it. The double junk burger was huge husband could finish it all lol 2 people one meal sized for sure.the onion rings were amazing, chicken fried steak was good and the smothered breakfast burrito was a little spicy but heat was just right, the waffle with strawberries was great also. We were so impressed with the first visit for dinner that we went back next day for breakfast. Thank you for your wonderful food, great service. We will be back.

Stopped in at Pepper Pod Restaurant after a long day and it hit the spot real good. My plate come out hot and piled up, meat tender, taters and gravy tasting like real home cookin, not out of a box. Folks workin there were friendly, checked on me a couple times, and the place felt clean and easy goin, just right for sittin a spell after work. For what I paid I walked out full and happy, I would sure eat here again
