Bucket Shop Cafe has been proudly serving the people of Atlanta since 1969! After spending 13 years in Underground Atlanta, we moved to Buckhead in 1982 and have since become one of the most established restaurants in the area! We pride ourselves on being known by our customers as a neighborhood bar and restaurant – a place where you can feel at home regardless of who you are, what you do or where you’re from. We offer a full and diverse selection of food items including appetizers, wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads and entrees along with an extensive beer, wine and liquor selection at our classic 19th century bar. Great prices for the food quality and nice beer specials. Dropped in to watch the Panthers and 9ers. We were surprised to see so many panther fans, which was pretty cool coming down from NC.
Cool laidback atmosphere with a really nice patio area. Plenty of tvs and a huge wraparound bar. Nice staff. The food was…ok to good. Jamaican Jerk egg rolls were not for us. Too sweet and mushy chicken but the dipping sauce with carrots was tasty. Chicken Alfredo with broccoli was good, just plain. A Cajun option would add a kick to it. California chicken sandwich was good but nothing outstanding. The atmosphere and prices make it a good choice to watch games or chill with friends. Awesome location close to Lennox Square. Felt safe walking from hotel there and back at night.

Went for dinner on my birthday. Shared some wings, a burger and a NY strip. Really not sure how their prices are so low, because the food was just amazing. I hope they keep it up in this economy. Server was super helpful in picking my Moscow mule.

I ordered the club with onions and Cajun fries. The fries were cold so i asked for sweet potato fries. The fries were hard and almost burnt. I asked for my check. The waiter brings the manager and i explained my issue. He proceeds to take my food and the waitress brings me a check for the full price and the up-charge for the Cajun seasoning and onions ( which i knew nothing about). I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. The cheese on the sandwich taste old. I paid the bill in full however i will never return. I hope this helps someone in the future. Please see pictures of the plate he took and charged me for.

Visited the establishment rather late one evening. Though situated in the bustling heart of Buckhead, I was most astonished to find the cocktails priced with uncommon modesty, a rare act of charity in these parts. The drinks themselves were serviceable, though I would strongly caution against the espresso martini, which seemed more punishment than pleasure. The remainder were quite agreeable. The place fancies itself a sports bar, though one could hardly tell once seated upon the patio, which is remarkably pleasant. They even validate parking, a gesture so gentlemanly, I half expected a bow with it. I should recommend the patio by daylight; it flatters the place considerably.

Really good, the only real issue is figuring out parking, but once you sort that out worth your time and money. Flavors are right, the fried pickles slap, and the service is friendly and willing to please.

RJ was my server tonight and honestly made the whole experience. He was so kind, attentive, and just genuinely cared that everything was perfect. His customer service was easily a 10 out of 10, which you don’t come across often these days.
The thing that really stood out though was when I accidentally left a very personal item behind. Before I even realized it, RJ had run out into the parking lot to make sure I got it back. That level of thoughtfulness and initiative meant a lot and says so much about his character.
Seriously, give this man a raise. He’s fantastic and people like him are what make a place worth coming back to.

Tonight I visited the bucket shop. Had an amazing experience Savanna was my server at the bar. She was Super friendly and very professional. The manager, David made it a point to stop by twice to check on us when we first got to the table. The second time before we left to make sure everything was perfect. We definitely will be returned For dinner and drink drinks!!!!
