Today,….at 1130am we had an Anniversary gathering for our CEO, President of 32 years. A party of 10, the service was amazing, the food was amazing, from the soups, salads, tuna, to the steaks, was amazing. The desert options were amazing. 1st time here, its Wednesday at the place was packed!!!! We had a private dining room, beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you to the Host and chefs at Capital Grille, take a bow!!!!!!

We had such a great experience at The Capital Grille. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and just felt perfect for a nice night out. Our server Hailee was amazing and so attentive, especially with my allergy. She made sure everything was handled carefully, which I really appreciated. We started with the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella and the crab and lobster cakes and both were delicious. My husband ordered the wagyu and I had the sliced filet, and both were cooked perfectly.
Overall it was a really great night with excellent food and service. We’ll definitely be back.

Cocktails were good, including the stoli, negroni and gin and tonic. For food we started with the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella which was ok, we felt like it could have been cooked a little more and the portion of tomatoes and balsamic was small. The steak on the other hand was melt in your mouth delicious. It was absolutely perfect. The pepper crust on the au poivre was the perfect amount. Though the portion of bearnaise sauce we ordered was on the small side and there was no tarragon. We got a complimentary coconut cream pie for dessert as we were celebrating a birthday and while it was good it would have been nice if it was served with a birthday candle, a missed opportunity we thought to make it more special especially given the overall price. Service was ok, nothing extraordinary. We like to try all the Capital Grille locations whenever we go on vacation in other states and they are usually always so good but this is the first one we said we likely wouldn’t return to in a future visit.

First time visiting Capital Grille – it was great!
We sat at the bar for the 2026 new year to ring in and between. Wonderful selection of food, including a gluten-free menu and vegetarian options – it was a nice way to ring in the Mew Year.
Staff was exceptional! They even invited us to a glass of champagne for midnight.
We will definitely add Capital Grille to our girl’s after hour drinks!

My wife and I attended as guests through the company I work for, and I’ve also dined here several times in the past. Overall, it has consistently been a great experience. This visit featured a preset menu with specific course options.
The appetizers included fried calamari, prosciutto, and lobster and crab cakes. The calamari and crab cakes were enjoyable, but the prosciutto missed the mark—it was overwhelmed by too much mozzarella, which threw off the balance. The salads were another letdown, with an excessive amount of lettuce and very minimal dressing and vegetables, leaving them bland and poorly composed.
The main courses, however, were outstanding. Every steak at the table was unanimously rated excellent, with some even boxed up to take home. I typically avoid mac and cheese at restaurants, but this one was exceptional. The asparagus was perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes were as good as anything I make at home.
The service truly stood out. The servers were phenomenal—attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and well-versed in drink options. While the overall evening was enjoyable, the salad course was a significant disappointment and could use serious reconsideration from a culinary standpoint. We still highly recommend this place. It’s an experience, not just some place to fill your stomach.

We celebrated my son’s birthday here and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent—the lamb was absolutely delicious, and the steak was cooked perfectly just the way we ordered it. The staff did an amazing job decorating the table for my best friend’s surprise pre-birthday dinner. They were also so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and did we ever enjoy the food. It was the best food I’ve had in a long time! The bread, truffle fries, ribeye, lobster and crab cakes, scallops and risotto, saute mushrooms, martinis, and a lovely birthday dessert. It is pricey but well worth the money. I can’t wait for my next visit to try other dishes!
