My favorite place to get food while at work. The only place in center city that makes my home fries and pancakes how i like. Prices are very reasonable as well. All staff are friendly but the two guys that cook are the reason I keep coming back.

Wasn’t too busy at this particular hour. First time here. Just needed something quick to eat before my train to Trenton as I did not have breakfast.
Seems fairly clean from my view… the menu is pretty extensive, lots of options. I’m just getting fries. I am waiting for a second batch because they put the ketchup on my fries.
Much too messy for me. I prefer my ketchup on the side. You order through a screen so my suggestion is to make this request verbally as the option is not present when using the system.
She did seem a bit annoyed when speaking to the cook in her language, but for the most part the service was reasonable

This is my breakfast spot when I go into the office! It’s located in the Suburban SEPTA train station so I walk (about 2 minutes) here after getting off my train.
I always order the same thing, omelet with beef bacon but sometimes I’ll order pancakes, french toast, grits or add a coffee. Nonetheless everything I’ve ordered has been great and the prices are pretty reasonable. Even more the customer service is excellent and they are always so warm and welcoming!

Penn’s Corner Restaurant, or “PC,” is truly a hidden gem located underground near Suburban Station. You might miss it if you’re not looking carefully, but once you find it, you’ll realize you’ve stumbled upon something special. This cozy spot combines great food, welcoming staff, and an unbeatable family vibe that keeps people coming back for more. I’ve been a loyal customer for over seven years, and it’s safe to say PC feels more like a home than just a restaurant.
The food here is consistently fantastic with Andy, “M,” and the new young brother behind the scenes cooking up delicious dishes every day. The meals are always perfectly presented, and every bite is worth savoring. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down to enjoy a beer and some comfort food, you won’t be disappointed.
What makes this place truly stand out, though, are the people. Andy and his wife Lulu, the phenomenal owners, appreciate every customer that walks through their doors. Lulu runs the front of the store with love and kindness, while Kitty, the wonderful lady at the register, greets each person with an amazing spirit. Kitty and Lulu make sure everyone feels respected and cared for when they enter, adding to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
For me, it’s more than just grabbing a meal—it’s a place where I can relax. I often get some food, a cold beer, and open up a book to enjoy the comfortable setting. It’s rare to find such a spot in center city where you can truly unwind while being treated like family.

Amount of food is not worth the cost compared to other spots around here. Got a breakfast sandwich, they used 1 egg and 1 piece of meat…disrespectful.

The French toast is one of the best I ever had! It looks just like the picture they have displayed, and tastes just as good! The Belgium waffle was delicious too! The home fries were also awesome. That was all we had as we don’t eat meat. The next time I come here I’m bringing my own real maple syrup, as that would just take the breakfast over the top! I knocked off one star because the place looks like a dive. The staff are super friendly and efficient. It was hard to find if you are not familiar. It’s in the railroad station, go downstairs and then down the hall past the info desk towards Dunkin’ Donuts direction. I can’t wait to go back for breakfast again!

I used to get a tuna sandwich for lunch from here everyday and now I get breakfast here every morning. They’re the only place that gets my tea with milk order correctly and they asked questions to make sure they made it how I’d asked. I love this place.

Today, this restaurant went under a new management. Located in the heart of Philadelphia Center City, within the Suburban Station on 16th St & JFK Blvd. I had the 2 eggs turkey bacon platter with home fries. It was great and better than usual! The home fries were golden brown and awesome to my taste! The new owner is very friendly and if you are in the area and never been there, give it a try! And the price is good!

This place has been here for awhile and always drawed a big crowd because of their food but because of this covid situation its calmed down around suburban station. But the cook hasn’t lost his touch!!!! And thats the best part.. I had one of the BEST breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a LONG time there today. I’m happy thru everything thats going on you can still expect great customer service and DELICIOUS food from the cooks. Thanks yal!!!! That Hot sausage on wheat with the extras I added on was amazing
