Marnesha is the best server in our entire area, not just Chili’s, period! She deserves a raise! Food was incredible, we had the QP burger & fries w/side salad @ lunch~better value and quality than fast food any day

Went to Chili’s in Florence. AL today with my 81 year old Mother. We were both just having a terrible, horrible day. One piece of bad news after another and we were both feeling down. We went to Chili’s for lunch and everything seemed OK. Our server, said her name was Miranda, did a wonderful job. She was friendly and chatty and very attentive to our needs. At one point I spi lled some ranch dressing on the floor and was so embarrassed and trying to clean it up. Miranda came over immediately and told me not to worry about it. She immediately cleaned it up and even brought me some more Ranch without me asking. She saw that we were getting full and couldn’t eat all our food so she brought us to go boxes and even drinks to go as she knew we were driving back to TN (we told her) . She was the best server I have ever had. She got a great tip and next time we are in Flirence we will return and ask for her! Food was excellent too!

Got two orders of the triple dipper for dinner. The salsa is a little runny but the chips were great and the meal itself was as well. Kinley was on top of topping us off and was very personable, overall great server and Garrett at the bar was very helpful as well suggesting other places for after dinner.

Today’s visit to the Florence location was made especially nice by our server, Marresha.
It appeared that Marresha was working the entire front of the house by herself for most of the time we were there. She greeted us, seated us, took our orders, promptly delivered our drinks and food, and continued to take care of us for our entire visit, even though she was also doing all those things, including bussing, for six tables on our side of the restaurant and perhaps as many as six on the other, seemingly all by herself. And she did so with enthusiasm and cheer the whole time.
I marked down the food just a notch because the burgers we ordered were not topped and dressed as described on the menu. Atmosphere also took a bit of a hit, mostly because some of the tables were left uncleared for a long time while the single front worker was tending to a couple dozen guests.
Give Marresha a raise and have her train all your servers.

I had the Cajun chicken pasta and my husband had the shrimp one. Also had loaded fries. There was barely any alfredo sauce on the pasta itself. The pasta was severely overcooked and had more seasoning than anything else. The loaded fries basically had burnt and overcooked cheese on it. It was horrible! For the price I paid which was 51 bucks I could have went to ricatonis.

I was so impressed with the ladies working here tonight. They were working hard and made our experience amazing. Breanna and Maria were awesome, so sweet and so hard working. Food was delicious, came out fast and hot. We will definitely return. What a great experience. 🙂

We came in as a party of nine tonight. The whole staff was very welcoming. The hose sat us quickly. Our server kenley was at the table within a few seconds. Definitely one of the best waitresses at this location. I recommend her to everyone.

1/17/26 We went in at 7:02pm got seated within 5min… 30 minutes later we left without the waitress or any staff other than a hostess speaking to us no drinks no acknowledgement just didn’t feel like we were welcomed to be out. Owner better seriously consider new managers or just close up. There’s no option for less than a star!

We dropped in for a late lunch on New Year’s Eve. Excellent service but the food was disgusting. I ate one rib and it was dry and tasted old. They served loaded mashed potatoes in “To Go” cups and they tasted like someone had returned them. The fajita plate had the toughest steak and the tortillas were stale. The “To Go” cup of rice was UNCOOKED. Uncooked, and gross. Not the fault of the waitress who was very nice so we paid the bill and left. For $80+ it was more than insulting. Never again. Chili’s in Florence Alabama on Cox Creek Parkway is horrible.

I was really disappointed in our experience tonight. We knew it would be a wait to be seated but it took forever to be waited upon and then receive our food. They were not overly busy and it seemed to have been a manageable crowd. My food wasn’t good at all. I did give it a two because my daughter’s food was pretty good. However, my steak, mashed potatoes, and asparagus was terrible. They were out of Diet Coke and Coke Zero and the Diet Mello yellow was watered down. So two thumbs down for me!
