Walked in at 9:30, was greeted with “ we’re out of fries and cards only “ meaning they shut down machine for fries, and counted drawers. Next thing, asked for my vegetables well done and completely opposite, meat is not good. Also got the cheese bread and it was cold and old. Rushed the food because they didn’t want to be there. Terrible!!!! Money gone like that. Will never come back.

Yuk! What is going on. I always go to Penn Station in downtown Rochester and I LOVE IT, but the one on Metro Parkway is closer. Big mistake. It was awful. I ordered the Italian Sub and it was mooshie. The bread wasn’t Toasted, it was heated. Too much mayo. The fries had fresh fries mixed with burned fry pellets. You still can’t eat in there. What a disappointment!

Best sub In all of Michigan. Hands-down, their grilled Italian sub is the best I’ve ever eaten. Reminds me of old school subs when I was a kid on great bread. The guy who waited on me today Or amazing I appreciate it

I’ve stopped at this location at least 5 times now and Everytime I leave disappointed. This location is the problem, other locations have been great. Today I ordered 6 inch cheese steak with extra steak. I get this often, ordered just like that. After I I got it I looked at my sandwich, and there was no way there was extra meat on this. So since I paid $12, I told them about my dilemma, the lady assured me that she weighed it and that if she remade it, it would be exactly like that. The bread was also not toasted like usual, it was very doughy. The taste, the quality, it’s just not the same like the other locations.

Ordered a grilled sub, no changes to the menu offering other the addition of mustard. The sandwich was absurdly wet for some reason, with the bottom of the bag it was sitting in soaked and ripped through in the 20 minutes it took me to drive home. Taking it out of the bag was even worse, with liquid dribbling continuously out of the sandwich. I don’t even know where the liquid came from, I didn’t order any extra oil or vinegar. All of the moisture had seeped into the bread, making it a disgusting paste-like consistency. I took two bites only, and hated the entire experience. I guess it’s fine that the sandwich sucked, but I feel like I need to know where all that liquid came from.

First time eating @Penn Station. Most definitely will dine in again. Aaron was a great host! My daughter had a cheesesteak and I had a hot italian, fries, and lemonades. Fries were better than 5 Guys and lemonades reminded us like the fresh squeeze ones you get at a festival. Everything hit better than anticipated. The store was clean.

Honestly, it was pretty good, first time. Never had a good sub like this, prices are close to subway but its Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better. You’d be doing yourself a favor by going here instead.

I use to order from this franchise in Louisville all the time. It was one of my favorite places.
This establishment is no different, great food especially their cheesesteak which is what I always get.
I’m not a French fry person but liked that they’re thin however, they seemed too greasy and soggy.
The chicken Parmesan sub is good according to my wife.
