Can’t say enough good things about this place. I had my birthday here and the owner, Arthur, was so accommodating and helpful. It was such a great night. The venue is relaxed and casual but sophisticated. Not divey or too uppity the right amount of class, with a fun crowd! I had such a great experience working with them for this night and they really did deliver.

They have live djs on certain nights. You can dance if you want to. Large bar space and large seating if you have a lot of people in your group. Ask before you order. A friend of mine got a surprise when he got his bill after he ordered a bourbon whiskey.

Although I love the bars in Studio City, I think I may have just discovered my new favorite spot in Glendale. I met a few friends for drinks last Friday @ The Famous, which is located in the heart of Glendale. I ordered my regular old fashioned with Makers Mark. The bartender perfected my drink both times. This is the perfect bar to go to after dinner, before calling it a night. Their music was upbeat and I loved the ambience. The servers were attentive to all guests and extremely prompt in bringing out the drinks. Their prices are fair and service is superb. Now that I’ve been to this bar, I know I’ll end up going back again.
