Mixed experience. The staff was professional and polite, and I appreciated that they only charged me for two bags of chips when I received three.
However, the new owners wouldn’t honor a valid local school discount card I purchased, which was disappointing. They also only made one sandwich when I ordered two. Hoping for better consistency in the future.

Disappointed. Their prioritization needs work. We were waiting patiently for our sandwiches to be made while people who ordered after us got their food.after waiting at the counter for some time to be acknowledged they informed us our sandwiches weren’t made because they were out of the bread we requested, instead of calling our name and asking they didn’t say anything and we’d been waiting for some time. Their Flo needs work and they need to speak up to the customer if something like this arises instead of leaving it as is and having us wait . We had an almost 30 min wait for our sandwiches to be made and we counted 5 people receiving their sandwiches who ordered after us and none were mobile orders. I’m usually go with the flow but this was really inconsiderate on their part .

I don’t usually leave reviews for a chain restaurant but their staff is always friendly and helpful even when they’re busy you get greeted and served quickly. I usually get the Italian or number 9 and add ham, Mikes way with relish *chefs kiss* Of course they will be busy around lunch and near dinner so order or online and be prepared to wait for that too and be patient with they can move so fast. Great place for some good subs, enjoy!

Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. Today we have our school’s fundraiser. We were in and out quickly. Everything is clean and orderly. We ordered their vegetarian option and kids meal, along with two other hot sandwiches.

I wouldn’t go back to get any food from this place The boy that fixed my sandwich when the vegetables fell off the sandwich he put it right back on the cutting board didn’t even look like it was clean. My stomach was hurting and I feel like I was about to vomit last night, so therefore I will not be returning to this place.

I visited this Jersey Mike around 3pm on a Wednesday and it was pretty busy. They only had 2 employees working and they were working hard to get to all the customers in line. A couple potential customers saw the line and turned around and left. It’s not the employees fault; they were working hard to get to everyone.
The sandwich I ordered was delicious. I had no trouble with parking either.

Asked to add avacado to my regular club. When I was home and took a bite discovered that the avacado was spoiled. When I tried to remove it I realized that the lettuce was not crispy it was wilty. There was only 1 slice of bacon on my club. The tomato was old. The bread was stale. This was the case for my husbands sandwich too. All of the meat was wet. The ham was from ham loaf. This was my first bad experience with Jersey Mike’s. I will not be returning to this location again.
