I eat here from time to time. I understand that staffing is hard. I ate here today. The assistant manager Kayla Terrell touch money with gloves on then walked through and touched everything including utensils used in food prep then she went to the kitchen for a second and came out and started touching food. I very politely explained to her that she should not touch utensils after touching money and she claimed she changed her gloves in the kitchen. I don’t think she did, but she had already touched everything before going to the kitchen. She wanted to argue and fight rather than just learn and move on.

Had the Philly Cheese steak sandwich and it was very good. They are also known for their fresh cut fries and their fresh squeezed lemonade. If you want good fast food, this is the place I would recommend.

The service was slow, which I’m not complaining about in any way, because I know a lot of places are short handed, but just letting you know about the wait time. I’m understanding on that point. Server at the counter could have been a little friendlier, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there, even though they had just opened! Sandwiches were delicious, fries were a little overcooked. Pop from the machine was totally flat and disgusting!

Food and service were great. The restaurant was clean. The main problem is that it is way too expensive. I won’t be going back despite the restaurant being good with good service. I just can’t afford to eat there and I doubt they can sustain their business model at the prices they charge. We got two small sandwiches, one regular size cheese bread, and a large fry. $30

Heard nothing but negative things about this location when moving to the area, but in the last month I’ve stopped in three times and the service was prompt and pleasant and the food was cooked properly and everything I ordered was fresh and delicious. Only complaint was some tables hadn’t been wiped after patrons left, but I was getting to go so it didn’t effect me personally.

I specifically ordered a vegetarian sub. I asked for lots of grilled mushrooms lots of bell pepper. And grilled onions. My sandwich came and the bread was small and thin. I’ve never had such a small sandwich from any other pen station. There were barely any mushrooms or bell peppers. When I requested they get me more they acted annoyed but reluctantly did so.

I like this one alot more than the one in my home town. Food is better, staff is laid back and focuses on your food. Atmosphere is laid back with nice lighting and overall comfortable. For a chain, this really is a nice sandwich shop.
