I ordered a couple pizza for delivery order came late. Multiple boxes were damaged.
When open the boxes of pizza, the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I contacted the store, a young lady answered and she was just trying to push me off the phone. I was trying to see if she would make it better ,but I don’t think she acknowledged this, and she just hung up on me. We specifically asked to be handed to us it looks like he noticed that it was squashed and just left it in front of my door without even knocking. I went to look outside, the entire order was cold already.We had a reheat it.

They get it right every single time! If any mess ups, as long as you are respectful and understanding that they are humans too, they always fix it without any embarrassment. AMANDA AND HORACIO HELD IT DOWN TONIGHT!
It looked like Dominoes was understaffed tonight. Took a little longer to get my food but seeing Amanda hustle like she was was v impressive. You can tell she’s the kind of person that puts effort in everything she does. Great job hiring a manager like her because she handled every aspect of the store while I was there tonight.
Horacio (spell check on the name) had to handle pizzas practically flying out the oven while dealing with customer pickups. He seemed new but that didn’t stop his hustle either!
Well done Dominoes for hiring rockstars.

Ordered two cheese marinara dips and it came like that. Not even half inch of sauce and cheese and looks like it has been eaten already. Just check the menu pictures and you can see the difference.
Just writing this review because the last two times my pizza came wrong and now this.
And when calling no one answers ever.
Quality is getting worst and worst. It’s just sad a pizza place that big and that busy doesn’t take the orders right or seriously.
Looks like a lack of training or they just don’t care about the customer and do it just to get it done.

Easily the worst dominoes in the general area. This is the closest and only dominoes that delivers to my house. Place is so bad I do pick up orders at a further location instead of ordering from this one.

Honestly, I wish I could leave negative stars. I have used this location for nearly 5 years living in Costa Mesa and each year. It progressively gets worse. I ordered delivery today put all the instructions as normal then was notified through the app that my order was delivered. However, it was not delivered to me. When I called the store, the very rude attendant put me on hold while she continued working in the background, never addressing my issue. Once I hung up the phone and called back she did the same thing literally seven times. It is so bad. I have reported this incident to Corporate and I hope something happens because this is absolutely absurd.

I had a carryout order today and had a concerning experience. While the staff member was cleaning the floor with a mop, bucket, and gloves, he used the same gloves to take my pizza out of the oven, cut it, and place it in the box. This is a serious hygiene issue that needs to be addressed. I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure proper food safety practices.

Everything is really good, just be careful when ordering buffalo sauce, I need a spoon to eat this thing. They need to make sure the cap is secure on the bottle when pouring the sauce.
