Why do I waste my time ordering from this place? My boyfriend and I have dined in and ordered take out numerous times but the food was eventually so bad that we stopped ordering and started to go to Polaris (which was a little out of the way but tasted better). Well, today we were out running errands and I wanted penn and we were near this location…. he went inside to order take out and when we got home I checked the ticket.
The grilled onions that I ordered were not on the sandwich, it looks like it was missing the cheese, I hate tomatoes and didnt order them yet they were on the sandwich, along with doubled banana peppers, when I didn’t ask for double. I had to fix up the sandwich at home to make it taste better.
My boyfriend said his plain turkey tom from jimmy johns has more flavor than the Reuben he ordered.
This location needs to start handling pick up/take out orders with the same care that they would give to a dine in customer.

Rude service and probably one of the dirtiest restaurants you can go into. We had to clean our own table to have a place to sit and eat. The guy taking the order seemed like he didn’t want to be there and annoyed about everything. I think his name is Grayden C., at least that’s the name on the receipt. Just a total wreck of a restaurant. Listening to them call out names as orders were complete was painful to hear, not one thank you or your welcome.

We were greeted immediately in a high energy way by a manager who was good about communicating with us the whole time. I was most struck by how clean it smelled in there (noticed it when standing by the register). Not clean as in like cleaning products but just clean air which is incredibly hard to do when you’re cooking bread and meat all day. (I worked at a sub shop for years.) pleasantly surprised by our experience.

Food tasted good other than the crazy amount of vinegar that was poured on my sub. There was so much it was puddled up in the wrapper. Also the banana peppers were covered in ice crystals. Not really something I’d expect for 15 dollars.

Poor service (with the exception of the female cashier) and poor food quality. I paid $17 for the monthly special combo. My sandwich had barley any meat and was dry. My fries were cold and hard. I stood for several minutes before anyone took my order, even though I was the only customer present. The guy making sandwich’s was clearly work on an online order as he stated repeatedly “I’m going to kill this guy if he doesn’t come pick this up”. I am not as bothered by the service as I am with the food quality. It was terrible!!
