Poor service (with the exception of the female cashier) and poor food quality. I paid $17 for the monthly special combo. My sandwich had barley any meat and was dry. My fries were cold and hard. I stood for several minutes before anyone took my order, even though I was the only customer present. The guy making sandwich’s was clearly work on an online order as he stated repeatedly “I’m going to kill this guy if he doesn’t come pick this up”. I am not as bothered by the service as I am with the food quality. It was terrible!!

I never have written one review before, but this was obnoxious. This place needs new management at this time.

Normally we enjoy our food from Penn Station but the multi-grain bread was hard enough that my mom was unable to eat it. Since we have enjoyed the food here before we will be back again, hopefully this was just a bad day.

We’ve visited this location on many occasions to dine in and take out. The food was prepared very well, and the service was very courteous.

First, let me say the sandwich was great. The place looks like it’s shut down at 5:30pm on a Saturday it was dark inside the OPEN sign was off not good. The service as VERY POOR I spent $25 bucks and Breanna the person that took my order might have been having a bad day and make it a point to make my customer interactions very poor. She acted like she was doing me a favor taking my order even a woman that came in later to order she gave an attitude for no reason. The place seemed different it wasn’t as clean as in the past. There was a bucket of dirty water on the counter right where your ordering and paying.Torn up stool tops. I guess maybe thay had a change in management or ownership. I know its just hard to find friendly help but you can certainly do better than the lady up fornt…Do yourself a favor and pass on this place for now.

My experience wasn’t horrible, the women working the day I went were nice, and the place was clean, but my sandwich was basically just one piece of meat cut in four. I’ve never seen such a thin sub from Penn Station. They’re usually super stuffed. So I’m not sure if this direction to not use ingredients came from corporate, management, or if the person making my food decided on their own, but if I wanted a veggie sub, that’s what I would have ordered. For as much as this food costs (over $20 for a regular sub, small fry, and drink) it should have been much better. Also, the fries were just little hard, cold crisps. I hope they return to their standards and/or train employees how to make a sandwich.

We’ve eaten at several penn station shops in the area over time and yesterday’s experience at the Gahanna location makes me think we should only be coming to this location! The service was really welcoming and fast, the food was delicious. We ended up doing a last minute switch from carryout to dine in, we let the staff know and they were totally not bothered. They welcomed each guest that came in and orders were completed quickly and our finished product was made looking and tasting nice.

Took 35 minutes for 2 wraps. Gentleman burned the tortillas the first time. And the young lady took over and got our order to us .

Review would have been better as the food was fine. The blonde I’m assuming manager who was telling the only employee I saw actually working how he was a problem for him and should just call off if he doesn’t want to work and how much of a problem he was as he didn’t make my order and barely addressed my existence really ruined it. The “not working “ employee was extremely nice and got my order after everyone else disappeared into the back leaving him to work by himself which wasn’t much of a change as he was the only one actually working. Your employee isn’t the problem you belittling the working employee in front of customers while you aren’t working is the problem.
