I’m actually very disappointed… the Philly cheesesteak at this location is usually GREAT. I ordered online for pick up and both Philly cheesesteaks were not made correctly and the bread didn’t taste like it was even toasted and it was DRY.

Listen, I have been a nurse through COVID. Over the last 5 years I’ve watched healthcare and everything else crumble due to staffing and work performance…. You know, integrity. When I got home from picking up our order I told my husband I was refreshed for the next generation! Rachel and Carson (I believe ) were the only 2 working while DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers sat silently stalking them. After 5 years of life, I braced for the worst, but was so impressed with these 2…. Grinding! Overwhelmed with orders? Nope, smile and work….. together! I told them as a former nurse manager if all my staff could work together like that, I’d probably still be one! Honestly, plan to call hopefully a manager at some point to share! Left that much of a refreshing impact on me!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. I usually get the Italian, decided to try to cheesesteak and I was not disappointed. Everything tasted fantastic, I ordered the fries extra crispy and they were perfect. The staff were super nice and accommodating, they even checked back with multiple customers to see how their meals were.

Disappointed… I ordered a grilled veggie sub, but unfortunately, I received a grilled onion sub. The taste was disgusting. No pickles, little to no mushrooms, green peppers, and banana peppers. It was literally an onion sub.
