Walked in and was so surprised with Lena at the front desk with a bright smile and great personality. The place was very clean as she was quick to pick up and drop off food and also clean tables. Don’t come to this location. They always skimp on meat. They didn’t put enough sauce and my chicken was dry. I stood at the counter and watched the staff vape and laugh for 5 minutes before someone came to help me and all the people standing in line. This is not a one time occurrence this location has been doing this almost everytime I go there.

I have been consistently disappointed by the quality of food at this location. Three separate times my food has been inevitable. This last time I got honey seared chicken, I added snap peas and broccoli. My order came out timely as there was no one else in the restaurant at the time. When I got back home to eat it, my first bite tasted burnt. My second bite and attempts to eat afterward were intolerable. The “chicken” was like mush, it tasted like it had been cooked the day or days before then microwaved and then reheated in the wok. I ate my snap peas and broccoli. Lastly, the bed of the to go container was just loaded with brown rice that if I wanted to eat the chicken I would’ve been disappointed by the serving size because the plate was mostly rice. I will not be going back.

Food items were missing. Requested items were missing and not requested items were there instead.
The spring rolls were burnt. The ‘crispy tofu’ was a soggy mess. Every thing was greasy with no flavor except the chicken dumplings which tastes like seafood . The broccoli was super over cooked.
To top it all off the manager isn’t even authorized to give a refund! Hmm why are there managers if someone above them need to make the decisions?
All of its in the trash. Waste of money and a huge disappointment for what was supposed to be a nice Father’s Day dinner. Nope it wasn’t. There’s always cereal

We are eating here tonight. The place was mess. Every table in here was dirty. I cleaned mine as well as another customer. I told one of the girls she looked around and said I know and did nothing. We won’t be eating here for a while. We have literally been coming here since they’re opened and it’s never been this bad. It’s not even busy.

This location has excellently prepared food and is super clean and well staffed. If you’re looking for a filling but healthy meal option, go for the lettuce wraps. They make it feel like you’re not even eating healthy!

The attention and the food is regular to good, honestly the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired, the sticky floor, very dirty seats in terms of armchairs, let’s not talk about the kitchen area because above the hoods it is very poorly cleaned . The worst thing is that there was another supervisor and he was just sitting at the bar near the kitchen and they don’t do more, too bad.

Food was okay. I remember the portions being bigger and the food tasting better. Maybe it was an off day. We love the crab wonton, the chicken lettuce wraps.
Normally we LOVE this place. They also served our food on plastic plates. It was weird.
Anyway it’s too expensive for what we got.

I used to frequent Pei Wei, prior to the pandemic and loved their vegan friendliness. However, they have cut so many corners. Their new tofu is not vegan friendly (fried) and is not good. I ordered the honey seared vegetables and it was largely just rice. The flavor is certainly not what it used to be, as it was very bland. Their drink cups are also much smaller, but more expensive. I would have rather spent my $15+ somewhere that was worth the money and tasted great, as I do not mind paying for food food. I will not be returning.
