Brilliant pizzas in the area. Their Vegan selection was very delicious and their pre-crafted Pizzas are packed with flavor. The Daniella, Vegan Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Sausage Pizza is what we tried. Most slices in the $5.25 range. Even the Marinara sauce used on the cheese slice was punchy with a nice garlicy note!
Quick service, good seating area set-up and they were also serving draught beer. Noise levels were on the average end. Yankee fans too!

awesome pizza shop near greenpoint that my husband and i got recommended last weekend. it was freezing outside and this place felt like a warm hug with a cozy atmosphere. the ordering process was a little awkward but we got 5 slices to go. their hot honey pepperoni slice was absolutely delicious. they also have more seating toward the back and serve alcohol as well. super old school and awesome vibes for some really delicious pizza

Horrible customer service
I typically don’t care about the stuff’s smiles, etc but this place is way worse than a random $1 slice shop.
The cashier guy was pretending my accent is hard to understand as well as my slices came extremely hot while I’ve asked them to be NOT TOO HOT.
Also I can mention the size of their $6 slice shop

Really, Really, Really good pizza. Went with the Hot Boy Pie. Ate at a nearby bar. Not cheap but I guess you pay for quality. $38.50 for the pie.

I had a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience at this pizza shop on February 6th, which was my first visit and will unfortunately be my last.
I asked the cashier at the register (Hispanic looking female with tongue piercings) for the price of a square pie and explained that I wanted no cheese on half of it. There was some back-and-forth while I tried to clarify my order, and I was eventually told the total would be $42. I decided not to proceed once I realized the price, as I was not expecting it to be that expensive for a square pie with half no cheese.
What followed was EXTREMELY unprofessional. The cashier responded with a dismissive attitude and gave me a look that made me feel judged and degraded, as if declining the purchase meant I couldn’t afford it. No customer should EVER be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected for choosing not to place an order.
Good customer service goes a long way—I may have reconsidered if the interaction had been handled professionally or if the product had been positively explained. Instead, the attitude alone ensured I will not be returning.
Very disappointing experience overall. Disgusted with the way I was treated.

Paulie Gee’s is the place to be for a good ole ny slice. First off it is spacious with plenty of seating in the back. It has clean bathrooms and just that old school pizzeria vibes. The freddy prince square is lovely with a nice crunch and beautifully made sauce. I wish there was more sauce though and there are sesame seeds on the bottom fyi. Good square. The vodka slice is also delicious. Couldn’t put it down. If I had to choose I would go with vodka slice. I am glad I came here. A must visit when in Queens.

Founding place of Mike’s Hot Honey, legendary pizza shop that gives you a classic NY slice. Shop was busy but wait times weren’t bad. I probably wouldn’t come back simply because there’s so many pizza spots to try in NYC but I definitely recommend checking it out at least once!

What can I say…. This spot is great!… From the old school decor to the fabulous pizza with top notch ingredients you can taste. The crust on their pizza never disappoints. One of the best NY slices out there. If you want some of the best pizza around with a step back in time decor plus, a little bar to have a few brews then Paulie Gee’s is your spot to visit. Within a neighborhood that offers many places to enjoy yourself.
