Honestly, I’m not sure if there’s been a change in staff Or what but this location has really gone downhill in terms of speed, efficiency, and quality of food. I usually go and get my breakfast on Sundays before work, but I haven’t for a while due to having to leave the line multiple times because it’s just taken way too long and this is even after I’ve ordered ahead and paid. I just get a sandwich meal that’s it. I’ve tried to wave down the people inside when I’m at the window to let them know that I have to leave because I am late to work and I can’t reach anybody. But then when I have called the store they pick up immediately so I’m not sure if they’re just hiding from the window or what. They’ve messed up my orders so many times and the wait time is just ridiculous at this point. I live four minutes away from this McDonald’s. It’s always been my favorite one, not only because of the speed of service and the quality of food, but also the quality of the employees and their customer service. Unfortunately, I’m rethinking that and I’m just not going to come here as often and when I do as I just have to go and plan to be waiting for around 20-30 minutes because that just seems to be the average way time for breakfast in the morning even when there’s only one or two cars in line. They didn’t even give me a receipt or else I would’ve just left a normal review but I guess it’s probably good to let people know because we’re in a small town and there really isn’t anything else to get for breakfast here. I hope that if it is due to new staffing that they get better trained and become more efficient and all around friendlier.

We went there to get gas but got in through the wrong entrance. There is no sign to the gas station. There is an entrance to the gas station from the main road though which was not obvious for out of area drivers. We got great price $3.44 while the average price around the area is $4.29 for regular gas!

They have good space to sit, parking, drive-thru, self ordering kiosks, restrooms. Quick service. Everything was good except the premium roast coffee didn’t feel premium at all. It was watery and very light. Maybe something to improve.

I would absolutely die if I ever got a hot French fry from here. I live close by and have ate here countless times. I have NEVER got hot fries from here. It’s like tradition at this point. The rest of the food is general McDonald’s fare but with the special Shasta Lake twist that NOTHING can ever be served hot. Tired of having to go 2 miles away and heat up literally every single item as soon as I get home. Gave them the benefit of the doubt forever but it’s time to move on. The folks are great but that’s not enough, bottom tier McDonald’s at best.

I had an amazing person help me at the front counter, When i had something wrong with my food i had went up and asked him if i could get it fixed and he instantly went into the back and had it fixed. his name was stevie i would come back again its honstly my favorite mcdonalds to go to if i’m in the area.

Waited 15 mins for my food in one of those parking spots they make you wait in after going through the drive-thru. I had to leave and forfeit my McMuffin or I would be late for work. Those spots defeat the purpose of a drive thru and fast food.

Absolutely horrible location!!! I waited 25 mins after ordering to-go in the lobby. When I asked the staff what was going on I was given a confused look and asked ” you did not get your food yet?” 4 minutes later I was given a bag of trash! Gross soggy fries and 2 burgers covered in onions and pickles…even if I had not ordered these burgers without those ingredients the burgers were on incorrect buns, and cold to the touch. Waste of 30 mins and $25! Will never return to this location again. Absolute trash!

A decent spot in the middle of tourist world. Drinks were a bit blah and the host was less helpful but the waiter was great. Crudo looked nice but tasted a tiny bit less than fresh.
