We went to have lunch here and everything seemed fine. However, days later we found an extra $15 charge on our bank statement that we did not authorize. The server added this amount to the total after we left. We went back to speak to a manager, but they weren’t available. Luckily, one of the waitresses helped us with the situation. Please be very careful when paying with a card at this location. Hope management takes action on this matter.

We stopped in for lunch, missed the buffet- it was our own fault for being late. The items on the salad bar were fresh & crispy, the chicken and the pizza were hot & crispy when they were brought out. The staff was over and above caring for the guests in the restaurant and I totally loved the retro feel with the design of the restaurant and the music. Definitely going to the top of our list for return visits.

Use to have a Shakeys in my hometown as a kid. Haven’t eaten at Shakeys since I was a kid. Was amazing the only one in Washington State. Absolutely recommend eating here have an amazing cheap lunch buffet as well

Stopped in for 7″ and medium pizzas with ham. I love thin crust pizza. They still make it the same way since I was a kid. No pool tables or old time movies (like back in the day) but they do still sell beer and added an arcade for the kids. Free on site parking. I will be back. Great location with easy in and out to freeways. Worth the visit.

Had my baby shower here and the food was amazing. They had chicken and pizza along with drinks and pasta. They also had a game room for the kids and they coild.win tickets amd get prizes. It was a great family environment. We had a really good time. It was a little pricey to rent out space and eat and give the kids game coins. Plus we had to pay extra for drinks but it was good quality and worth it.

Enjoy some delicious pizza and some adult beverages (beer) while your kids go play in the arcade area. They’ve got big screens with sports playing in the main eating area, and the arcade is in the back where it’s not noisy.
The pizza is DELICIOUS. Some of the best in Tri-Cities, surprisingly. And the staff is very friendly and always keeps the store clean, which goes a long way.
There’s also a salad bar, and a mini sports bar. Great place. We’ll be back for more pizza soon!

As a family outing Shakey’s buffet brunch is always a favorite. The assortment of food is good and the salad bar is great. The kids like the food and love the arcade. All for a reasonable price. One cautionary note, don’t trust the hours published for the buffet. The website shows it shuts down at 2:00. We arrived at 1:30 and the buffet food selection was just pizza. We will certainly go back in the future, but left that day and ate elsewhere. Still recommend Shakey’s luncheon buffet for a nice family time.

I went at 11:00 a.m. Monday January 5,2026. The food was a buffet. I took pictures ..the pizzas were not out there but their so….. delicious!!!! Chicken was Fab and loved the salad bar!!! Drinks are $3 and buffet was $14.99 and $13.99 each for seniors. Everything was clean and theirs a video room as well for kids!!! It’s a must to go check out!! Has a bar as well. Screen t.v throughout.

Buffet is da bomb. Best deal in town. But even for dinner you can get the salad bar and pizza. The crust is thin and chewy; very good. Expensive without coupons. But check it; out fun for the whole family.
