The service is comical. They’ll take 15 minutes just to come by and say hi. Restaurant manager couldn’t be less interested in the guests. Then if you order pizza and dinner they bomb the table with everything at once. Doors good. Go check out Mediterraneo for service and better food actually. It’s a shame. Greenwich could use another good Italian restaurant. They’ll figure it out I hope. One good manager away from success in my opinion

Incredible experience! The staff made us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and authentically Italian. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had.

A cozy, elegant atmosphere paired with exceptional service makes this place a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My family and I have been anticipating this opening for a couple of years and were fortunate enough to get an invite to trial the place pre-grand opening.

Overall Patsy’s is a great addition to the Greenwich community. We were pleasantly surprised it was more than a pizza place like the legendary Patsy’s in Harlem and allowed our family to choose between pizza, pasta, seafood or steakhouse quality steak dishes. Food quality is extraordinary for the category.

The owners have also amazingly hired most of the staff from another Greenwich restaurant which recently closed on Greenwich Avenue and training the team for the white table cloth service levels they require for this venue. The waiters, bartenders and managers all want very much to please.

Atmosphere is clean, bustling and affords another great gathering spot for family and friends.

This will definitely become a regular spot for us and can’t wait until we can also get deliveries!

Pizzas were excellent. Thin crust, just enough char, fresh ingredients. Salads and Clams Oreganato were very good. Service was was attentive and unobtrusive. And for Greenwich prices were very reasonable. White linen tables cloths at a pizzeria were a bit much for me though.

Patsy’s Pizzeria sounds like a casual slice joint, but it’s the classiest pizzeria I’ve ever visited: candlelit, white-tablecloth ambiance, and impeccable, team-style service (we had three polished servers taking care of us—attentive without ever being intrusive).

Yes, the pizza is fantastic (great for dine-in or takeout), but the entrées steal the show. My standouts: a silky, perfectly balanced cacio e pepe, a light-yet-comforting eggplant parmigiana, and calamari so tender it practically melts. Everything arrives beautifully plated, hot, and perfectly seasoned.

If you’re searching for an elevated Italian restaurant with fine-dining service, romantic atmosphere, and outstanding pasta and seafood, plus excellent pizza, Patsy’s Pizzeria delivers. Couldn’t recommend more.

I was excited to see the nyc Patsy’s arrive in Greenwich. Unfortunately, our first visit was a miss.

First, the good: excellent attentive service, pleasant, bustling environment. And probably the best tiramisu I’ve ever had.

Misses: you go to Patsy’s for the pizza. And this was a miss. Crust was flat out undercooked, especially in the middle. Complete flop when you pick up a slice. Still doughy and not crispy on the bottom. Sauce was just tomato, no salt. Not my cup of tea. Minimal cheese. The caesar salad was over dressed, and the calamari were undercooked/ not crispy.

There’s better pizza in town (Griggs, Coalhouse, Pepe, Glenville, etc). We prob won’t return.

Went to Patsys this past weekend and the food was average. The pizza was good but the past and appetizers were ok (not for the price). I’d recommend the pizza and pass on the pastas.

This restaurant is a true gem! The atmosphere is warm and stylish, the bar is vey inviting cocktails ware great, one suggestion i would make is it should be advertised more as a restaurant than a pizzeria, the me u is great white table cloth, regardless the fame of patsy’s,the staff is welcoming, and the food is absolutely outstanding. Every dish tastes fresh and homemade, from the pastas to the seafood specials. Ravioli is incredible and a must-try. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the cooking and the service. Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in the area — can’t wait to come back. Keep up the good work Patsy’s cant wait to come back

I stopped by Patsy’s in Greenwich, CT, and it was an awesome experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious — thin, crispy crust, perfectly melted cheese, and the toppings were spot-on. You can taste the quality in every bite.

Big shoutout to the pizzaiolo Beni — super friendly and clearly a master of his craft. Watching the pizza come out of that classic oven was a treat in itself.

If you’re looking for real-deal, old-school pizza in Greenwich, Patsy’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!
