Inhospitable is the operative word for the day here at the Alexander City, Burger King. The counter staff acted as though making an adjustment (‘Have it your way’) to accommodate a regular customer was a bridge too far.
Being a vegetarian, I’ve enjoyed the Impossible Burger and had decided to venture onto BK’s breakfast menu. I am enticed by the beautiful color images beaming from the early morning menu. However, I can’t eat the meat. I had asked for a croissant sandwich with egg, cheese and an Impossible patty. The cashier asked the crew leader or manager who said curtly, “No. We don’t do that.” before she spun around and walked off.
No need to be so hostile! I’m not commuting a crime simply asking for food that I can eat and that is present in your store for this purpose. I left hungry because the menu is full of items they would be glad to sell me without meat, just as long as I pay for the meat. “No. I don’t do that.” I thought as I drove out of the parking lot, still in search of food.

Placed a pickup order on the app. Drove 13ish mins to pick up, arrived after the pickup time. Waited in line 20ish mins. Got to the pickup window and still had to wait for my food to be cooked and bagged. The drive thru window was open, which allowed me to hear everything going on inside, 1 employee was told not to cook and fix his own food, but did it anyway. I over heard the cashier telling the cook he was too slow, witnessed the cashier playing on her phone. It took 45 minutes total to get my order. I ordered 1 meal and an additional side item. The food was good, but not worth the wait time for a fast food establishment. Very disappointed.

We went to Burger King as a second option, but we should have chosen them first! As soon as we walked in, our order was taken quickly, and we were enjoying our food within five minutes. The meal was satisfying, and the staff were professional, friendly, and generous. Excellent service and a great experience overall.

On November 12 and November 19 it is advertised as Whopper Wednesday. On line AND on the sign. Small meal $5.99 – Medium meal $6.99 and Large meal $7.49 . So on Wednesday November 19, I ordered 2 small meals and was charged $8.69 for each meal. That’s $2.70 or $ $5.40 for 2 TOO MUCH ! I tried explaining to the cashier but she said NO ! The manager ALSO said NO ! I pulled up the advertisement on line and showed it to them but they didn’t know anything about it. I told them it was on their SIGN as well . Still they would NOT honor the advertised price. Sad very sad! Don’t advertise Whopper Wednesday and not honor it !!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, our experience wasnt great :(. We had a small order but still had to pull off and wait even though there were many staff members and not very many customers. It happens though, i get it. Sadly, our food was also wrong. my burger was missing most everything i added to it online. We didnt receive our drink and had to go inside to get one. We didnt recieve the correct condiments. Our receipt wasnt given to us. On the plus side, the staff was very very kind!! 🙁

I love burgers from the king. The flavor for sure. Also they’re the only ones left in Alex City that have a play ground and with my little turbo charged 6 year old, she has a blast there! Thank you burger King! You make taking my youngen out for lunch tons of fun!!

Our food (impossible whopper, fish sandwich, and fries) was fresh, hot, and presentation better than most. The customer service was impeccable and Ms. Tonya (the manager) was accommodating and visibly leading her staff to do the same. We don’t eat fast food often because of low quality but today was different. We were very impressed with this Burger King! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Blonde lady not sure if she was a manager or not… she pretty much talked to me like I was an idiot. I work in this area almost everyday and come to Burger King at least twice a week for lunch. This establishment will not get my business anymore.

Best Burger King Period. I’ve been to many and been disappointed repeatedly. This location is accurate, timely, caring, kind and capable. I never have trouble with my order and the food always has a freshness to it. It’s crazy odd that it takes a small town like Alex City to have a Burger King worth visiting.
