I just ordered waffle fries for the last time at this place ! What I got was over cooked soggy pieces of rubber. Completely inedible and unappetizing. When I called I get a young guy (no name given) I asked for manager and he puts me on hold to get the manager. Comes back on saying the manager was not there and if it’s a problem with my order and as I told him about the disgusting fries I picked up he offered to remake them and I come back but I back at work. The only way they can refund me is if now I drive said fries there after work to give them back to them.

Disappointed is an understatement!! Pats at one time our favorite pizza place for over 30 years. The past year we noticed a change in quality and service so we changed who we order from. Decided to give them another try as I was craving a Pats pizza. The pizza was delivered raw, completely undercooked, it was awful. I returned pizza to store and was treated like I did something wrong, was told manager was not available, he left the building, I told the person working the counter I would wait until he returned. Finally was able to speak to manager and he offered no apology, no replacement, and said “Yeah, that should have been run through again”.

HORRIBLE PIZZA. Overcharges for a large pizza which was nasty. They had too much sauce on the very thick dough and very little cheese. It tasted very salty for some reason and to top things off they charges four dollars for a 64 Oz Fanta pineapple soda which sells for $1.25 at the dollar store or 2 for $5.00 in the grocery stores. Robbing the people.

Ordered through door dash and for whatever reason there own delivery service provides delivery through the platform with that being said the rudest rep reached out to confirm delivery address and then proceeded to tell me that my address is wrong when in fact it isn’t if you could view orders directly through the platform as a driver u can see my apt number with clear instruction! anyways this transaction only shows all business isn’t good business, they aren’t worth my money and next time put someone who can speak proper english on the phone before you want to debate ! you not only can’t speak the language i know damn well you not reading it right

This location has lost what made Pat’s special. This is the second time that I received sub par food. Today, after a long day, I ordered 20 well done wings and pizza. I also ordered a salad wiry the entire order totaling $58.37. After getting settled in at home, I sat to eat. Upon biting into a wing I found that the inside was pink. The pizza was warm and not well done and they placed the garden salad in the same bag as the hot wings directly on top of the wings container. Nothing to diffuse the heat like cardboard.
I called the store about all the issues. They offered no apology for the issues presented. They eventually advised that could come back to have the wings re done but they assume that I live nearby to do so. If I wanted to cook I would not have spent my hard earned money. Wouldn’t recommend eating in unless u wanna be watched the whole time, lol, other than that, literally 1 of 2 of the best pizza spots in DE.

Don’t but the chicken parm if you feel only eating half the sandwich because they only put half the amount of chicken on there sandwiches. The service is very rude as well. I mentioned it to the guy working and he just said yea and walked away.
