If i could give 6 stars for service I would. The young hostess was basically taking care of the whole dining room all by herself, but was always checking to make sure everyone was being taken care of. About a year ago, my wife and I went to Pat’s for the first time and decided that it was the only pizza place for us and usually order every week. Unfortunately, one in every four to five pizzas is way below their standard and tonight was one of those nights. We only received three of the four toppings ordered, and there was a long red hair cooked into the cheese. I HATE leaving a poor review for any business, but since we only order the same pizza every time I can’t help but feel that I have upset someone in the kitchen and why I don’t think we’ll be able to go again. I’ll share a couple of photos, one is how we like our pizza and the other is not, I’ll let you decide which is which.

The All Meat pizza was good, but the Bleu Cheese hamburger pizza was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend that one.

Told me 30 mins, took 50 mins to get my order then made a Hawaiian pizza and didn’t put pineapple on it. They did make me a new one. Which is why I didn’t give them 1 star. Service was good at least.

It’s hit or miss. We ordered last week and it was amazing, ordered again tonight and it was not great. One item we ordered they were out of and didn’t bother to call and tell us, they just left it out. The spinach artichoke dip was 1/4 the amount they usually put in. When it’s good it’s good, but it’s not always good.

Pat’s is a great place for the family to get a bite to eat. They have a big menu with fair prices. Or if you’re looking for a little fun on the weekends, they usually have live bands every Friday and Saturday. I’ve been here many times. It has always been a great experience.

The dining environment left something to be desired, as there were quite a few flies, which ultimately led me to order my pizza to go. The pizza itself was generously topped, perhaps to the point of excess, as the crust struggled to support the weight. While the taco pizza was unique, it likely won’t be a standout for most diners. The highlight of the meal was the fries — thin, crispy, and very well-prepared. Cleanliness could also be improved, as the tables felt sticky during my visit.

Absolutely love pats pizza, but this location was absolutely terrible. I have been going to Orono location for years. We have heard this location was decent and decided to try it. Absolutely loved the atmosphere, live music and full bar you’d think this would be great to order a few drinks…..NOPE our server came over and brought us waters but never asked about drink orders. After waiting 20 minutes to order food she finally came and we were so hungry we ordered apps and entrees and forgot to get drinks. We waited another 15minutes to find our server but she never came back so we walked to the bar. The bar had at least 2 bartenders and 5 patrons at the bar. We waited another 15 minutes at the bar for drinks and was told by one “I’ll be right with you” and was ignored again so we walked back to our table. Again waited for the food and server and nothing for 20 minutes! So I walked back to the bar myself and after 10 minutes FINALLY a bartender came up and asked “what can I get you?” And when I ordered she said “are you in the dining room?” Which I responded yes, and she said I couldn’t order at the bar we can order with our server and I told her our server has not been over for drinks! She said “I’ll have her head over soon” once I got back she had already brought our food over-food was wrong and tried to charge us for a beer which we never ordered! The server never once’ checked in on us and I had to flag down another hostess for any assistance. I have heard the service here was terrible but we thought it was just hear say. Don’t bother spending money here. Orono is way better, efficient, friendly, and way better pizza. I couldn’t even eat my pizza it was under cooked for a small personal sized pizza and soggy. So disappointing! If they’d be willing to take my drink order and open a tab at the bar, I would have been willing to tipped them twice for drink and food separately, but they didn’t! Instead they missed out on a good transaction and customers. Terrible from the service to the food.
