Loved the food here. Another great Indian place for foodies. I personally tried veg thali which was so good. Pani puri could be better. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but worth it. Should give it a try.

Vada Pav was great though the bread was not very authentic. Onion pakoras were extreme salty. Gobi Manchurian and biryanis were good. The baturas were thick and most restaurants got deviated to this. Tea was good. I didn’t like them asking to show online order email before handing out the order. Also they forgot raita and salan with the biryanis being such careful to ask for an email.

Good Biryani Place! I did tasted many Indian cuisine’s and Biryani here was perfect, it’s a good place to hangout with friends, I really like their Vijaywada Biryani! Which comes with Dhum chicken, and fried chicken pieces on top, it tastes really Awesome, adding appetizer as chilly chicken, is really Great!

The best Biryani I had until now in states. Anyone who is visiting this place should try their Vijaywada Biryani. Also the samosa chat, just loved it, too good. Thank you for amazing service. +1 for polite staff

We tried this place for the first time and it was amazing. Tried the pani puri and was better by comparison to some of the others I’ve tried in the area. We had 2 of the biryanis. The Dhum Chicken Biryani was amazing. Loved the combination of heat and flavor. The tikka chicken one was also well done. Just as flavorful and had the perfect amount of meat to rice for my liking. Did a goat curry to round out the try. This was also so tinder and went so well with everything else.

This hidden gem is very conveniently located right off the Arizona State University Campus in Tempe, a few minutes from freeways and office complexes. High prices and slowness in service are the only two reasons this place got 2 stars taken off from my rating – the variety of Indian Street food options available is phenomenal and the taste is really good. The quantity needs to commensurate to the price a bit, and the service time requires improvement – I waited a long time for simple orders and couldn’t recall the high count of food delivery guys that came by, waited, and canceled in frustration. I definitely recommend this place to anybody hungry for authentic Indian good, as long as you have some money to shell out, and can pack in some patience to wait a while. Below is a sample picture of food options available.

I was so excited when I moved to Tempe and stumbled upon Pastries N Chaat. I thought my Indian street food pangs for sure will be satisfied here, but reality turned out to be something else, when I finally went up and orderd. I ordered a sev puri and a chicken kathi roll. Both were super disappointing dishes in terms of both quantity and taste. The sev puri had meagre fillings literally pea sized drops of chutneys and potato filled with sev but whats the point of sev and no filling inside? And the chicken kathi roll was void of chicken . Two small pieces of chicken and the rest was all onion mixture. I’ve heard that they serve pretty decent Vijayawada biryani, not sure if I’ll dare to give it a try, but def not going here for chats or kathi rolls again

The place is okay. Food is good. However I feel that it’s way overpriced. I ordered samosa and it cost me around $5 for 2 samosa which is a lot.

The restaurant has become very pathetic now. I ordered for a Paneer Biriyani, Family pack via postmates. However, they served my appetizer with Chicken. The front desk person was so irresponsible, blaming it on the new chef. I am not sure if they will rectify their careless behavior. Their quality is deteriorating.

My wife adored this place. She shared some of her crepe with me and I liked it too. I don’t think crepes are anything special, but they have an amazing selection if you are feeling experimental. Let me know
