We stopped in for the first time today for a drink and apps to check it out. Theresa was amazing! Very attentive and we had great conversation! Amazing appetizers. Looking forward to a dinner next! You should definitely check this place out!!!! Highly recommend!

I know there have been a few with bad experiences, and others with positive. My party of four arrived open-minded. The place was packed, and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. It was quicker… 10 minutes. Fantastic meal, great food, wine, soup, salad. We will go back a few more times and see if there’s any concerns. If not, then I will enjoy one of the best new restaurants in the area. I suggest they consider adding bread as an option per table; I know some people like that.

We had a surprisingly delicious meal and a wonderful time! The service was very friendly and prompt, and our food was truly excellent. We tried the Cavatelli with spicy red sauce and the Chicken Marsala. Both were absolutely great! The Marsala was made well and just how my husband likes it (not too wine-forward with a healthy amount of garlic and chicken flavor) and I adored the cavatelli, the spicy sauce AND the meatballs. The wedding soup was also top notch and piled high with meatballs and veggies! So yum. We’ll be back for sure!!

Pasta E Busta – So where to begin on this experience for Valentine’s Day. We went especially to this place because we knew that it was newer and that initially when it first opened this place was really busy and hard to get into. So we went ahead and headed over in the evening around 7:30 to eat and have a nice Valentine’s dinner. We initially were able to get in quite quickly since we are on a waiting list and the so there was no problem getting. However after we were set down at our booth. We were never approached by anyone until about 20 minutes later by a waitress that we hadn’t seen going in and out of the back. This set the mood to be a very not so enjoyable time. We had her heart set on having a really nice dinner chilling and relaxing, but as we sat there none the waitresses or waiters ever came over to ask us if we needed anything at all during those 20 minutes. I kept looking at a couple of actually about three other tables that came in after us that actually got served water and they had their menus the waitresses were checking with them or their food. There was a long table of customers that came in and I watched the waitress that had a very strange headband thing on and I could see that she saw us two or three times as I looked directly at her to send the message that we were needing help because we hadn’t been served yet. This set the stage for me to be not very happy because that person did not come over and acknowledge that we were needing help or to offer to help us until a regular server came. You know generally we go to restaurant and for the most part a lot of restaurants are very attentive to make sure your customers are satisfied and and taken care of. But as I’ve seen some of the other reviews that as of late are showing that the service is I would say failing would be the grade on this. So finally after 20 minutes the waitress came over asked us what we needed and took our order. Or the appetizer we ordered the arsini which was a special for the Valentine’s Day. As we waited and waited who finally got the appetizer to come and to her unfortunate surprise it was completely cold and this is a dish that is best served hot. If it was hot it actually would probably would have tasted good but we actually were served a cold dish. I went ahead and ordered the cordon Bleu chicken which was a special dish when that arrived it actually was a good and enjoyable. And my fiance got the chicken caprese which if you look at the photos that I provide look great. So the presentation of the dish looks great. However it also had issues where the food was bland there was really no seasoning there was no nothing to add flare to the dish it was a very bland piece of chicken which I actually tasted as well and was very sad. I also had ordered the lobster bisque soup and well they don’t tell you that’s an additional $86 there there’s an upcharge to to the lobster bisque. Which I was kind of taken back because usually they’re going to let you know that there’s enough charge for something like that. It’s just the expectations you know that you were looking for a very nice dinner and just everything was going downhill as the night continued on. So the lobster bisque was very watery there was hardly any lobster in it and it just didn’t have taste either which was very shocking and disappointing. So we really didn’t complain while we were there because I don’t think that it would have really helped at all due to the fact that that just trying to get service was a strain. The cost for the dinners were way too expensive for what we received except for the cordon bleu. The mashed potatoes for the cordon bleu was also really good. It was just very surprising that for a establishment that portrays to be a higher not higher in below a little bit of higher end that the service and the food was not hiring and very disappointing. Overall I give this place an f if I were to grade it from from a ABC type standpoint. I probably will never ever go there again. Which is a shame cuz we we have been wanting to try out this place ..Just Sad

The fried mozzarella was pretty good.
The salads were not fresh and rather disappointing.
My wife got the ravioli and she said it was ok.
I got the class and linguine. The flavor was ok. It had broken shells throughout. Little bits of sand is not unusualy with this dish but broken pieces of shells seems dangerous and not great on the teeth.
I have two drinks, my wife had two glasses of wine.
I think this is the first Italian place we’ve ever been to that does not serve bread automatically.
Look at my reviews. I’ve been to a lot of places all over the world.
We left a little hungry don’t feel the price matched the quality and quantity.
The server was nice. She made it clear each time she passed we were not forgotten. Perhaps due to the poor service reviews.
They have a lot of vegetarian options, so we may go back for that reasson since my wife is vegetarian. However, there are plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area that meet expectations of all types. Fancy to in and out. And they all serve bread.

I was very excited to try this new place out as I had heard the food and drinks were amazing. I talked my family and friends into coming and was very disappointed!. We were a party of 7 that called ahead and came in at 3pm to beat the rush. 2 hours later we finally received our food. Our server was the bartender, he had no guests at the bar, and no other tables. I looked around and watched to make sure the inattentiveness was not due to him being overwhelmed. I had to go to the bar to get another drink, our food was rung in wrong, and half of it was lukewarm at best. It’s an absolute shame as the food was delicious, the place is clean and pretty, but I cannot get past the glaring issues with the service. All of us were overcharged for sides that we changed up, and everything took forever. The manager was sitting at the bar with the employees-never checked on any of the tables (there were only 2 other ones.) and was not monitoring the bartender at all. I want this place to survive as the food is actually worth eating-but if the service is not better, and the management is not paying attention, sadly it won’t last long.

Food was delicious. I ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce & meatballs. I also got a Devil’s Margarita which was also very good! They do not serve bread with your meal like most restaurants and charge you essentially $1.00 for each piece of bread. Not a big fan of that. The main reason I gave 2 stars is because the service was horrible. We had to wait forever for every little thing. To be sat, to be greeted by our waitress, for our drinks, for our food, and for our check. It was Saturday night & they were busy when we arrived with a big party but once the big party left you could see some of the employees messing around instead of working. If you want fast service and your stomach not to be barking at you by the time you get your food, go elsewhere.

If I could rate this place a 0/10 based off service alone I would. We did not get greeted at our table for 20 minutes. Once someone finally came over they said they would be right with us and then a different server came. The new server acted like it was his first day on earth and genuinely had no idea what was going on. We asked for bread and if it came with the meal for free and never ever got a straight answer because the server refused to speak up and actually answer the question, just to find out on the bill that the bread was $4.19. After we finished our first round of drinks, we ordered a second round. We did not get these drinks for 20+ minutes and received them AFTER we ordered our food and AFTER the food even came. The food itself was actually pretty good. I personally will never step foot into this establishment again because of how absolutely terrible our service/ waiter was but would consider getting take out since the food was good. If you want to have a dinner with good service, never ever think about going here. Worst service I have ever received in my entire life.
