Great Food! Outstanding Employees! I’ll be a customer for life! We’ve been ordering Passanante for about two years now and it’s one of the best moves. We love the meats and the pre-made meals. Everything is individually packaged (better than my food sealer) and perfect for meal planning and just having options for our meals. It’s like having a full menu and we’re ready to cook in minutes. We eat at home more and that’s been a nice experience. I can even tell that Passanante’s chicken is better than Costco’s chicken! And that’s saying something! I’m a fan and I definitely recommend connecting with a rep if you’re looking for quality food and to save money on going out!

We’ve been using Passanante’s for 2 years and love the service. The food is amazing, the freezer is commercial grade, and the reorder process is both simple and informative.
Most importantly, the customer service always takes care of the buyer either in credit or fixing on the next order (out of stock can occur for popular items).
If you struggle with mediocre quality, poor selection, are unsure of what’s in the products at your local store, or just hate searching for quality meats, Passanante’s is a great choice.
After 2 years, I can say my budget hasn’t changed (not paying more for food than prior to), we receive superior quality products delivered to our door, and have never run out of food options.
Our grocery store visits are less frequent for less items mainly for teenager wants.
I cannot say enough great things about our experience and are loving Passanante’s food service.

My husband and I have been using Passanante’s Home food service for over 2 years and absolutely love this home food service! From start to finish, the experience has been amazing. The quality of the meats and seafood is outstanding—everything is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. It’s so convenient having healthy, high-quality food right in our freezer, and it’s saved us countless trips to the grocery store. My daughter really loves some of the fully cooked meal options and my husband is able to warm these very easily. We also love the delicious desserts.
Our representative, Kyle Thompson, was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy—just genuinely helpful in finding what worked best for our family. Delivery was smooth, and everything was packaged beautifully. You can really tell this company cares about their customers and stands behind their products.

This is a fantastic service! My wife and I signed up for this service through a complete fluke – we stopped and talked to a company representative at a festival in Charlotte and thought we would give it a try and we are absolutely satisfied! We signed up in July this year and have been through a full six month order and are making an order for our second time this week! First – the food is fantastic – we had steaks, chicken, pork, seafood, packaged food, and regular pantry items – and are completely satisfied with everything we have tried. Looking back over our first six months, we have paid far less than we would have paid with the combination of trips to the grocery store and bulk buy / warehouse stores – and for better quality food. The delivery times are flexible as well as the appointments for re-ordering; the sales rep we have is fantastic and the office customer service was excellent too (super responsive when we called the day after Christmas!). Though the time you commit to ordering the food might sound daunting, at least in our experience it isn’t an issue since we definitely are going to be a long time customer. As an example – I eat steak a good bit, my wife doesn’t – now she does because their steaks are that good. I’d rather have their steaks than most of what we have out at restaurants – and theirs come right out of the freezer and right into the oven or on the grill. We would definitely recommend giving them a try.

We had a wonderful home presentation this morning with Emily, and the experience exceeded our expectations. She was patient, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire visit. Emily took her time to clearly explain the benefits of the produce, answered all of our questions with confidence and understanding, and delivered a truly brilliant and informative presentation.
She made the information easy to understand and helped us see why this is something genuinely worth trying. We also really appreciated her generosity in bringing samples for us to experience the quality firsthand.
Overall, it was a pleasant, pressure-free, and educational experience. Emily represents the company exceptionally well, and we are grateful for her time and care. Highly recommend!

We have been customers for over five years and are happy with Pasanantes. We get the meat delivered to our home along with the frozen cookie dough even though some of the other products are good – they just weren’t worth getting them delivered frozen (we like fresh vegetables better). I have some advice: buy the deep freezer on your own and do not get any of the extra products, such as the air fryer or knives. When you do the math, those items are a total rip off. If you stick to only what you need it’s 100% worth the membership. The quality of the meat is good, better and cheaper than the grocery. Although the cuts are slightly thinner than we were used to, the taste was superior which is what mattered more!

Extremely disappointed with Passanantes Home Food Services due to misleading and non-transparent sales practices.
I’m now locked into roughly $8,000 through a third-party financing company, after being told I was receiving “free items” as part of a discount. In reality, those items are clearly built into the total cost, meaning there is no real discount—just a large lump-sum with no itemized pricing.
The freezer they sell is priced at nearly 3× retail value and is also financed, which was not clearly disclosed upfront. On top of the $8,000 financing, I’m paying an additional $1,200 for a food order that’s expected to last only about three months, also finances.
The sales team refused to provide transparent, itemized pricing and would only discuss totals. The experience felt very similar to used-car sales tactics—vague explanations, pressure, and a lack of transparency. The salesman eben said there are things he don’t agree with. When I called, a representative compared their pricing to a restaurant, “they don’t itemize each portion”. Based on what I’m paying, I could have eaten out regularly for the same cost without being locked into long-term financing.
I strongly recommend demanding full itemized pricing in writing and carefully reviewing all financing terms before signing. I would not recommend this company. Shame on me for letting them get me. Foolish move.

I’m not commenting on the service because I declined. I’m only commenting on the salesperson Natalia R. She was very nice. She arrived on time and did a great job showing telling things about the history of company and the products offered. I initially declined the service because my freezer was already full of food and I was not interested getting a freezer through the company(I have three refrigerators). I’m glad I did because some of the reviews are very discouraging but that’s just for me. Everyone has a different opinion.
Again not about the service because I never signed up, only about their salesperson Natalia R. She was very sweet and very knowledgeable. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all.

These guys were at a Christmas market giving away samples of free food. They told us that we’re signing up for a raffle so we all signed up. We were contacted about having a salesman come to our house and do a presentation for a food delivery service. How is that a raffle? I dont like companies that lie blatantly like that. How is that even legal? Maybe someone should look into that? Maybe I will. Enjoy your 1 star review.

Very unclear about pricing structure. Refuse to respond to emails. We were supposed to get 6 months for 3 people but none of the meat is enough for 3. You won’t have a clue what food you’re getting until you get it but you’ll have to agree to pay for it beforehand. You can’t cancel after you get it and realize you’ve been screwed. I’ve emailed with no response as I won’t proof of communications as I don’t trust these people. We got mostly cheap cuts of meat. Such as chicken and pork 1 meal of lamb and 1 ribeye steak. The rest was all cheaper cuts of beef. I could have went to the store and spent less for what I got. I’ll never purchase again. Their freezer is very expensive but nothing more than one I could have bought for $700-$800. Unfortunately if I don’t pay this they’ll ruin my credit. The salesman is pushy, very pushy. He explained that our food would cost us $400 and we didn’t realize he meant $400x 6 until I got the contract which was after it had supposedly already shipped and couldn’t be cancelled. I’m disabled so I’m not sure how I’m going to pay for this. It’s definitely not worth the money. The food quality is good but so is the butcher and he’s affordable! He also has no issue telling me the price per pound j like these people. They won’t tell you the price per lb, packaging or anything!
