Ordered from here twice now. First time, they missed a topping (only ordered two toppings, how do you miss 50% of the toppings?). Ok I decide to give them another shot. Second time, pizza came out not cooked enough even though I put “well-done” on the order options.

I’m really disappointed with our Domino’s order tonight. My family and I are all up at 2 AM sick and throwing up after eating the pizzas we ordered. The quality was terrible from the moment we opened the boxes.
We ordered a hand-tossed pizza, but what we received looked more like a flatbread—thin, dry, and nothing like what we paid for. On top of that, there were barely any ingredients on the pizza. It was almost like they forgot the toppings completely.
For the price and the reputation of Domino’s, this was extremely upsetting. Not only was the food poorly made, but now my whole family is sick. We definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

Last night’s pizza tasted AMAZING!!!!!! The crust was so good with the perfect amount of sauce,cheese and pepperoni. Shout out to the chef who made the pizza on January 30. We were very happy with the order they made. THANK YOU!!!

Order is always late by at least 15 minutes sometimes even as long as an hour and a half. They seem to get annoyed when you bring this to their attention. I have witnessed multiple times where an employee touches a phone or a screen then goes back to touching food, as well as instances where employees touch pizzas or other items with their bare hands after they come out of the oven. Kitchen looks like a mess every time I see it, and God forbid you ever have to use those bathrooms. THIS FOOD MADE ME SICK; EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and cinnamon twists. The pizza was completely burnt. The cinnamon twist had barely any cinnamon sugar on them. Employees were nice. Highly disappointed with the quality of the food.

Once upon a time, when we ordered Domino’s, our delivery came from the Highland store. They’ve apparently changed their boundaries and all deliveries to our address now come out of the Pleasant Grove store. I wish there was a way to change it back to what once was.
Since being forced to utilize the PG store, we have had nothing but problems. Despite giving very detailed instructions to get to our address, the delivery drivers can NEVER find our house. It’s not like we’re in the middle of a new subdivision. We live off the main road…..the house has been here for over 30 years!! We have been notified by the pizza tracker that our pizza was delivered, when in fact it went back to the store because the driver couldn’t find the house. It only went back out for delivery after I called to question why 20 minutes had gone by since being notified that my order was delivered. We received our order that night, cold, well over an hour after it left the oven that night. If I am ordering pizza it is because I do not have the energy to cook supper…..yet, every time I order, I find myself walking up the hill to the road to stand on the side of the street, or go to the neighbors house, to get my pizza. As if that’s not enough, apparently when we finally get our order, it’s not possible to get what we order anymore. It’s not a difficult order…..a build your own medium pizza with chicken, cheese, ranch, and Buffalo sauce. Meanwhile….. the past three times we have ordered, there’s no buffalo sauce. The pizza is delicious, as with all Dominos. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they messed up my order and gave me the wrong kind of pizza. It still tasted good, just not what I ordered.

I will be calling for a refund for this item.
We had also ordered an order of cheese bread and from the top it looked good but as soon as we opened it it was nothing but raw dough and unmelted cheese on the inside.
Looks like I’ll be calling back for another refund.
