Three stars because the food is good. But It’s always really hot inside. No ac. Paid around ten dollars for a mini including a reasonable tip and was sweating in line and while trying to enjoy my sandwich. Turn on your ac. At least think about your employees who are working in that and others over a hot stove. All of these things make me not want to revisit.

Awful experience! This is the 2nd time at this location where customers have waited in line for more than TEN MINUTES while workers behind the counter, at least 3-4, worked on large orders and essentially ignored in line customers! On the date in question I was on lunch break. There were 2 workers at this time I belive, then another came from the back and started helping with whatever large order(s) they were filling. There was 1 customer ahead of me and the girl slicing the meat did not even look up to address him for at least 5 minutes! When she did, she said “give me a few seconds,” which turned into a few more minutes. She then called someone else from the back to come help, then I thought, finally, we’ll get served after I’ve been in line for 10 minutes at this point! But, you guessed it, this called worker began helping with the orders they were all working on at this point! When the customer ahead of me finally got his order in, he moved to the register to pay for his order and your workers didn’t even begin to work on his order after he placed it, still working the large order(s)! Prior to this, another customer had walked out after waiting 6 minutes in line while proclaiming how hungry he was! I finally got out of line at the 12 minute mark. On leaving, I addressed your staff thusly: “I understand you guys are busy working large orders, but it is UNACCEPTABLE to leave your in store customers waiting in line for more than 10 minutes before even deigning to recognize their presence!” I then left your store hungry as hell and just as angry… oh, did I mention this was THE 2ND TIME THIS HAPPENED AT THIS STORE!!!! PS:This review is for location 10040 Alabama St., Redlands.

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s. The manager here is amazing. They had a super busy lunch rush with the Halloween happy meal pails and he was working the hardest. He was out there rushing around, but still made sure customers were taken care of. He also asked the employees to make sure they were all doing okay. I really respect that kind of management.
