Best experience we’ve ever had. The food was phenomenal and the service was outstanding. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and this place definitely made us feel special. Bobby and serving assistant were phenomenal! attentive, caring, and professional. the steaks were prepared and cooked marvelous. the Vegas dream cocktail was a well put together concoction. the Chefs choice ice cream trio was magnificent if you did some combination. I recommend asking for a side of the raspberry coulis for customization.

A Must-Visit Destination for Food, Fun, and Hospitality!

We visited Westgate Las Vegas Resort and had a wonderful time! The highlight was dinner at the steakhouse—delicious food, stunning ambiance, and exceptional service. Chefs Aaron and Dante even came to our table, which made the experience feel personal and special.

We also enjoyed shopping, and my family and friends had a great time gambling. The resort offers a little bit of everything—great food, entertainment, and a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. Even though we didn’t stay overnight, our visit was memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Edge Steakhouse at Westgate Las Vegas delivers a memorable dining experience. The dishes were thoughtfully presented and full of rich flavor. I had the wagyu top sirloin cooked medium-rare—it was slightly charred on the outside but remained juicy and flavorful inside. The filet mignon, also medium-rare, was cooked to perfection with excellent seasoning and a beautiful, consistent texture.

We started with the Caesar salad and the Edge salad—the latter really stood out with its fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The wine selection was solid, with a good variety offered by the glass or bottle.

Service overall was good, though there’s a bit of room for improvement to reach that flawless 5-star level. That said, the support team made a great impression—they were attentive, guided us to our table smoothly, provided water promptly, and answered our questions with a smile.

All in all, it was a pleasure to dine here.

The Edge Steakhouse has a beautiful atmosphere and truly excellent service — the staff were attentive and made the experience enjoyable. The bread was a highlight, warm and delicious. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was underwhelming, tasting bland and not much better than what you’d find at a chain restaurant. I was excited to try the $115 Wagyu rib cap steak, but honestly, I’ve had better filets at other major steakhouses, so it didn’t quite meet expectations for the price. Overall, it’s a nice place with great service, but the food was hit or miss for me.

Beyond our expectations! My lady and I went here for our anniversary and the food was incredible! Equally incredible was the amazing service provided by Bobby and Imelda! Definitely a must try for amazing steaks, sides and desserts! We had a Wagu filet that was outstanding along with the truffle Mac & cheese and brussels sprouts! We will definitely be returning!

I was fortunate to get a seat at the bar on a Thursday evening, as it would have been 2 hours for a table. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous yet understated in its elegance, soft lighting, and not too loud at all. The owner was behind the bar (didn’t know this until I was almost done), great service, superbly seasoned and cooked medium rare 7oz Filet Mignon, with Grilled Asparagus as my side, the Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was a perfect complement, and the flaming Creme Brûlée was a beautiful finish to the evening. Highly recommend!

Came here last night for our date night in Vegas and it blew us out of the water. Bobby and Martha were our servers for the night and did an exceptional job! They explained what the dishes came with and how they were garnished and answered any questions we had about the food if we didnt know what something was.
The atmosphere is amazing
The food is phenomenal.
Everything is delicious.
We had the roasted bone marrow to start
2 10 Oz filets with the truffle mac and cheese, the lobster and Brussels sprouts.

My husband and I went there tonight in celebration of my birthday, which happened to fall over a high intensity business trip. From Richard the maitre’d to our server Alex to the server assistant Maricela, I could not have asked for a better experience. They were professional, funny, kind, and helpful.

Both Richard and Alex shared with me the impressive tenure and loyalty many of their staff have (50+ years in some cases!) and given the high turnover rate in hospitality, it speaks volumes to the culture of the company and the value they place on retaining talent.

That the restaurant also boasts a delicious menu, tasty cocktails, and an extensive wine list makes it a perfect celebration experience. We opted to start with a cocktail then continue with the three course prefixe menu with the wine pairings. They kindly accommodated my request to sub the tawny port dessert wine with a glass of bubbly and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about the meal. We had the lobster bisque, beet salad, wagyu strip loin, shishito peppers, garlic mashed potatoes, crème brûlée, and cheesecake. They also brought out a chocolate mousse cake for my birthday dessert!

Thank you Alex, Richard, Maricela, and the whole team at Edge for a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to see you again next year!
