I recently visited The Parlor House Bistro and had an absolutely amazing experience. We tried a variety of items and everything was outstanding. The Beef Wellington Burger was the star of the show perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. We also ordered the Double Smashed Burger, which was incredibly juicy and packed with that classic smash-style char that makes every bite memorable.
The home fries were delicious crispy on the outside with a soft and tender inside, the perfect compliment to the meal. And dessert was a whole experience of its own. The Apple Crumble Cheesecake was out of this world a perfect balance of creamy, warm, and sweet with that comforting apple crumble flavor that really set it apart.
To top it all off, I enjoyed an Old-Fashioned made with pumpkin spice. It was absolutely delicious and added a unique seasonal twist to a classic cocktail.
The atmosphere inside The Parlor House Bistro is very inviting warm, comfortable, and stylish. The only minor downside was that the service was a little slow, but the staff was friendly and the food was definitely worth the wait.
Overall, this place was amazing from start to finish. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Where can I start? I had wanted to ho here for two years and finally made it there for a milestone birthday. We opened the door and froze in place when we walked in to take in the elegant decor. It was breathtaking and unlike anywhere around here. We were seated. Coco was our server and we instantly felt a connection with her warm personality and beautiful smile. We had some questions and she knew the menu inside and out. I had the flight is soup and they were all fantastic. I also had the beef wellington which I hadnt had in over 10 years and it was out of this world. My friend had the special, osso bucco which was outstanding. I was presented with a birthday card that was signed with messages from the entire staff. Wow, talk about making someone feel special. Needless to say, we will become regulars. This place is a home run.

A Delightful Experience at Parlor House Bistro
The restaurant is a cozy little spot in a plaza. The brick walls, lined with vintage French posters and pictures, creates a nice setting.
The menu at Parlor House Bistro is a mix of French and American flavors, thoughtfully curated to showcase the best of the cuisine.
As a starter, my wife and I had the drunken clams in a white wine butter sauce with red pepper flakes with baguette slices – it was excellent!
For the main course, I had the Filet Mignon, which was nicely presented with Pave potatoes, sautéed vegetables and a green peppercorn cognac sauce. The steak was perfectly done, the sauce was great, and the veggies were tasty. My wife had the Filet and French Onion Pasta which was an interesting combination, done very well. It is beef tenderloin tips, French onion bechamel sauce, gruyere cheese, mixed with pasta. It is a bit on the rich side but very tasty.
For desert we had had a crepe with fruit – it was very tasty.
The staff, especially Coco, our server, were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the cuisine.
Parlor House Bistro is a gem of a restaurant that should be on your list if you are in the Dunedin or Clearwater area!

Our first time at this restaurant, as we live on the other coast. I have to say that everything about this restaurant was an absolute joy! Wonderful food and atmosphere! Our server Carly was so pleasant and attentive. Even topping off our water’s was an important task. Every detail perfected. My wife had the Salmon and I had the Half rack of lamb! Both dishes were to die for! Thank you all so much! We look forward to our next trip over!

First time visit and all the pictured items were great. Not to busy at our early dinner time and we had excellent friendly service. I would definitely go back to try some more dishes.

I’m a self admitted foodie and the French onion tenderloin pasta is one of the best things I have ever eaten! The soup sampler is so good my hubs and I were ranking our faves and there was not one we could put in the bottom. Loved the style of the place, the instruments as decor. Our server (Coco? I hope I have that right) was amazing. Guided us through the menu and made excellent recommendations. Hoping to do their Valentines dinner.

Great food! My husband, daughter, & I ate here last night and we were quite impressed. Food – 5 stars – Beef Wellington, Cheese Burger in Phyllo, Pecan Salad, Stuffed Mushrooms, & French Onion Soup. Service – 5 stars – Super cool guy waited on us. Atmosphere – 3 stars – They need to find a good acoustics individual to filter out the noise. Maybe then, play some Nouvelle Vague, Serge Gainsbourg, Lenard Cohen, etc… – Music – It isn’t a romantic place.

Don’t let the strip plaza deter you, though it doesn’t add to the nice restaurant flair. The food and drinks are excellent. The service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Saturday night. The atmosphere felt lacking. I was seated within inches of a person at the table behind me, which was not the most comfortable for talking or moving. Worth checking out if you’ve never been. If we go back, we’d like to sit at the bar. There are booths, but they fill up fast.

From the walk in, the beautifully pre set tables to the jazzy background and speakeasy decor this place excels! The food was exceptional! We had the scallops/ pasta special and the filet and French onion cream pasta. Both were amazing! Also, don’t miss the crepe suzette for dessert The servers were well versed on the menu, happy to recommend wine pairings and so very attentive. We’re just sorry we are out of towners and can’t come every week!

Classy yet modern restaurant with an interesting menu. The food was perfectly crafted and delicious, service was helpful, and the décor is beautiful. The wine list was extensive, but not overwhelming, which is very appreciated. The wine pairing that was suggested with the meal was immaculate.
