Definitely not used to the quality of service thos low. Only got half order of fries. The car hope didn’t repeat order back to me either or tell me her name. I had to run after I got my food or I would have pressed the button for a replacement. Check your food before leaving.

I am a faithful Junior burger person and for the first time in my adult life, it was a different size! The tiniest burger I have ever seen. I could tell it was tiny even in the package. Contacted corporate to ask if burger sizes changed and they said it would be franchise specific. Come on Bellville, everyone knows prices are going up BUT not that the burger was going to change sizes and not even be suitable for a child’s appetite. Maybe 2.5 inches across. Incredibly disappointed and will not be going here again.

Lydia is the WORST. She is the most disrespectful worker I have ever come across in all my years. Be careful because she has a tendency to obtain customer phone numbers and explicitly contact them. She is an extremely disturbed individual and it is disappointing to see this behavior in our small town.

Usually this location is good. However this morning they SUCKED!! I placed an order ahead at 6:47am. I arrived at CarHop for 6:49. I waited until 7 for my order, this then made me late for work but I needed breakfast!! I pressed the button for assistance and nobody answered! They were throwing people through Drive Thru but nobody could bring out my 10 minute old OLO? Disappointing!

I am giving this sonic a 5 star review because they understand what I was asking for when I said extra cherries in my cherry limeade drink. Thanks for that. I wish more Sonic’s were like this one. Can’t wait to go back to this Sonic for another cherry limeade with extra cherries.

I’m not one to leave reviews no matter how good or bad the experience, but I felt like I needed to leave one today. I came to pick up lunch today and Hailey brought my food out to me. She is one of the sweetest, most polite people I have encountered and this location is very lucky to have an employee like her. I’ve been to this sonic maybe 4 times since I moved here a year ago and she has brought me my food the last two times and has done things I’ve asked with a smile on her face. I just wanted to commend her for doing such a great job (you deserve a raise)!!!!!!!
