All of our meats are smoked in house by our Pit Master using a Southern Pride smoker fed with hickory wood to provide the great smokey flavor you will find in our meats. Olivia was a great server! We have been to all of the locations for Parker John’s. This was great! Great service. Great portions and cooked just perfect! One picture is of the Kansas City Burned Ends… and the other one is of sausage. Both were very good. I highly recommend their chili. It’s excellent!

I’m in town for business, and Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza is right next to the hotel. Actually the host at the hotel recommended this place. Good service and atmosphere. I had a local tap beer while my 12″, 2 topping pizza was being made. Ordered the pizza to go. Back in the room, I dug in. It was good but I wouldn’t go so far as to say it was great. With the word pizza in the name of the business, I expected a little more. Just saying.

I came here with a few friends on the first Friday they were open (2/17/23). One friend had been to a different location and recommended it for dinner. We split the cheese curds as an appetizer which were tasty. I had a delicious pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. My friends ordered loaded mac bake and the carnivore pizza. Everything was yummy. I like that we can choose our own barbecue sauce and can mix and match. It was busy and service was pretty good for the first week open. It was a nice meal – nothing special, but we received our food in a timely matter and all of the orders were correct.

I have been to Parker John’s a few times and enjoyed the food. Tonight blew us out of the water. My wife and I have worked in the service industry before and always pay close attention to our service . A smart business will do anything to keep great employees and Elise should be at the top of that list. Tonight was such an enjoyable experience for us. Great knowledge of the menu and drink offerings. Elise lit up the dining room with her infectious smile and great attitude! She is a true gem and we’ll always ask for Elise.

We had tried as a group of 9 eating elsewhere, but were told of a 2 hour wait! We decided to try Parker John’s, and were seated within 20 minutes! It was very impressive. Our server whose name was also Olivia (very funny), recommended the burnt ends and the armadillo eggs. Both absolutely fantastic! To say our service was phenomenal would be an understatement. She kept our drinks full, the smiles on our faces, and she made sure to always check on us even though she had what you could say was a huge table to take care of outside! Our food was fast, it was hot, and it tasted delicious! The entire experience was something we can’t wait to experience again. Next time you have to choose a place, choose Parker John’s and definitely choose Olivia!

I had Elise C. as a server and she made my experience wonderful. My family has never been to Parker J. before and she was really patient with my family as we were asking a bunch of questions about wing flavors. Parker John’s catered the food for our son’s graduation party and we could not have been more pleased. Having them deliver and set up made everything super easy. The food (taco bar) was delicious – with tons of compliments and people asking where the food came from. Would recommend and will use their services again.

Our family only went to Parker Johns together one time, but the service was absolutely amazing and we will be returning. Elise is so great at making sure customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in your restaurant. I had the most amazing experience. My server Micah all thought he was new he was very professional and polite without being overbearing. It really helped create a pleasant experience. The staff that was walking around all seemed very kind hearted to all there guests and I believe I even saw the manager walking around helping out her employees regularly to ensure everyone was taken care of which is rarely seen in the restaurant business now days. Hands down my favorite place to eat now and I would recommend it to everyone.
