Oh, my. I love their goodies – but only when other people bring it for me. I went in a little before 1pm on a Saturday and I felt like I was in a train station. The space is so small and feels so clustered. It was uncomfortable to look around, or be able to even take our time deciding what we’d like because there was a cluster of people. There wasn’t even that many of us, under 10 people for sure! But because they have it set up the way they do, it made everything harder than it needed to be.
Service was okay. You can tell the staff was overwhelmed. We got a cheesecake and a croissant to go. The vibes are similar to 85° bakery, just much less structure and guidance

The little tags that describe each item are failures. Please completely redesigned them so they’re easy to read. One of the things that the very fine type font is too small, especially though being white against the dark blue.
The big, empty white black background where the big title is is too big and it’s completely unbalanced. It’s a big problem to try to understand and read the items And then on top of it they get buried inside the little holder, and then on top of that, they are back lit because they’re in front of the lights so please completely redesign the way that the items are displayed and the tags they used to display them.
Please see how they are a major failure and need to be completely improved. You have such precision and beauty with all of your products within the titles and the tags are such a miserable failure. Thank you. Look at the pictures below.

This is such a perfect spot to grab something sweet at Encino! Came in yesterday afternoon and they had such an amazing selection of pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The lady at the front Jar was very nice, welcoming and had a great attitude. She recommended the maple pastry and it was so flaky and delicious! I’ll definitely be back soon

This place is amazing!! They offer a variety selection of sandwiches, pastries, coffee and cakes. I came in today before noon and it was kinda busy but Jar was so kind and welcoming. She offered if I wanted my stuff to go and she packed my stuff quick and efficient. I had a couple of questions about the holiday items and she was so patient and happy to help! Amazing service, I can’t wait to come back!!

Good thing I came in before it started to get busy. They had a lot of products available from pastries to cake to sandwiches. I came in with my daughter to purchase a few items including a cake. The girl at the register Kat was very nice. She was able to get a writing done on the cake and even gave us a few ornaments as a gift. I thought that was very sweet of her. I will most definitely come back here whenever I have any upcoming events since everything that they sell here look so good!

Best experience ever!!! Jar took wonderful care of me and my husband. It was our first time there and they have a huge variety of pastries and desserts. Jar gave me a recommendation on the berry tart and macaroons and they were so delicious. Her customer service is amazing!!! Will be looking forward to coming back

I can’t say this enough! Jar was so amazing!!! She took such great care of me. I had a couple questions on their cakes which are so cute by the way and Jar recommended their strawberry soft cake. She was super attentive and on it. Her customer service was incredible i’ll definitely be coming back
