Honesty Best policy
I am a long time customer have spent tons of money ordering here and WAS a loyal customer. I have never called and complained once not once have I requested a refund. TODAY I ordered a stuffed crust pizza for delivery and paid higher pricing to get pizza with blondish brown hair in my food. My son was eating a piece as it was dangling from his crust. No one in my home has blondish brown hair. I called the store and the manager told me to bring in the pizza and was rude. He knows that there is someone working today that needs to wear a hairnet. These people don’t follow food service and safety protocols if a hair in someone’s food is not big deal. He did not apologize. I will make sure this is looked at by a corporate staff member. If you think I’m making this up just scroll down and see there are other reviews showing hair on plates just like mine and others where the manager is requesting food back. Sir like we need to steal your nasty pizzas. We just don’t want to pay to eat your workers nasty hair.

I don’t know what’s going on lately. There’s no point for us in expecting good customer service anymore in a lot of places like this. Ordered a pizza online for my daughter to pick up. We got there, empty place, no customers, our order was the only one in the Pizza Portal (or whatever they call it) Got our pizza and went home, only to realize they loaded the wrong pizza (my daughter is vegetarian, she doesn’t eat pepperoni). Went back to the store (10 minutes ride). They got the pepperoni pizza (hopefully they discarded it), started making our cheese one. Another 15 more minutes of wait. Gave me my pizza, not a single “I’m sorry”, nothing. What a crappy place and staff. I don’t think I’ll ever go back there.

So sad the customer service you get this days. My husband waited around 10 minutes before he walked out, after Walmart we decided to give it another chance and this time they did take his order, they said 15 minutes that turned to 30 minutes. Finally got the pizza and it doesn’t even look appetizing at all. The manager was in the back making out with this girl while people waiting in the lobby to place or pick up orders.

Not a very good location, but convenient… 1st night we went, said they were open till 11. It was 10:40pm when we arrived and it was closed! Went back the following day to not vert courteous help. She said our pizza would be done in 10 min… 30 min we are still there lol…

Every time I go over there, there’s never any pizza ready, The staff is rude, They don’t even acknowledge the customers as we walk in or to let us know if there’s any kind of wait.

I got there at the time of my pick up time and my pizza was still not ready. I ended up just asking for a refund and the manager or whoever that girl was that was there. It was so freaking rude. Once again I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The Pepperoni Bites were overcooked and skimpy on pepperoni and the Crazy Bread was under baked, doughy and flavorless.
Birth items were not fit to eat! Unfortunately, I didn’t see this until I got home and I live too far to take it back. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!

710 CONCENTRATE
I ordered a custom pizza and was pretty disappointed with the experience. It seemed like they used an old pre-made pizza and just added my toppings on top instead of making it fresh. I also didn’t receive the pepperoni I asked for. The crust was very thin and extremely hard, which made it difficult to enjoy. Overall, it didn’t feel fresh or worth it.

Worst service ever the cashier is clueless of what she is doing order to pizza and breadsticks waited 10-15 for my order to come up she only charged me for one and have to wait another 10-15 for my second one. No apologies or even an update. Had to go spend more money somewhere else to feed my family
