I come here at least twice a week. It’s always clean and stocked, the food and coffee is always great, and all of the staff is super friendly! But I’m writing this review today (which I almost never do) because I guess the franchise owner? or some
kind of boss was here today, and I was really disappointed in how she treated her staff. She began yelling at all of them in front of the customers, which was not only unprofessional, but really rude. Again, I have never had an issue with any of the staff, every one of them has has been nice, helpful, and personable, and I feel bad now knowing of their toxic work environment. To the boss: your staff is doing an amazing job, cut them some slack. Yelling at and embarrassing your employees isn’t going to get you the results you think it is. Maybe try treating them with some understanding and compassion next time.

The staff is always really nice there. Anthony is super nice and adds value to this business just by having a friendly face :). The only thing I would fix is one of the back tables having a big wobble, it makes it hard to write when doing work. Otherwise everything is great,, give Anthony a raise ❤️

This bakery is a wonderful place to sit down and get some quiet work done while enjoying a cup of coffee and a slice of cake. It’s clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to focus. I love that people here are respectful and don’t disturb others — it feels like a calm and well-mannered environment.

This was the best Paris Baguette I’ve ever been to! I truly was so happy to walk into such a clean place even on a busy Friday afternoon! The pastries are in stock and so very delicious! I had the best peach iced-tea here! Everything was so yummy and fresh! The guys that took my order were also very patient and kind! I highly recommend this Paris Baguette location and will return 🙂

The pastries themselves aren’t bad, and they have a nice variety. But the prices are often marked incorrectly. I don’t have the energy to point it out every time, especially when there’s a line. If the prices go up, just update the tags—simple as that. Customers should know what they’re paying.

Found this lovely Paris Baguette here in Flushing NYC. Atmosphere comfy and relaxing which is great after the tiring long flight here. The 2 pastry and hazelnut coffee is $9.20, I think in Singapore I would only get 1 sausage pastry and latte for same price. the coffee in Singapore is pricey (min $6.00).
