The food was late, cold, and poorly packaged! The sandwiches were crushed and the buns had slid sideways and did not cover the egg. The amount of bacon was almost unnoticeable! Very disappointed. 🙁

Visited this Panera Bread recently and was let down. Slow service, unorganized staff, and a 30+ minute wait for my order, only to find it misplaced in the Doordash pile. My hot soups were cold by then. This was the most disorganized Panera Bread I’ve been to. They need to improve their service drastically. Can’t recommend until changes are made.

Getting the breakfast family feast or whatever it is called works out to about $4 per sandwich, which is fantastic. We have the sip club and share a charged lemonade, so brunch for a family of four is very reasonably priced.

We waited a long time because our pager which was blinking during our wait apparently died- that’s what they told us when I finally checked on our food. Also. I would NOT get the chicken tikka masala soup. I could hardly find any chicken and the soup really sucked IMO. Def didn’t taste like tikka masala. Additionally, the caprese sandwhich was all bread, thinnest cuts of mozzarella. Do better. Mac and cheese for the kiddos are always a win here, so that’s why we went.
