I ordered pickup. Not too bad for a restaurant inside a restaurant.
Absolutely overpriced, but compared to the sh** other places serve these days it was
4 stars instead of 5 because the guy consolidating my order didn’t know where anything was and stuck his bare hands all over my fries container, lid, and stuck the cheese sauce cup I don’t know where came from inside on top of the fries.

Also lost cool points when the roasted peppers did not include green peppers. Fries were okay. I was expecting to be disappointed the second I realized that this place didn’t even have its own building.

I’m not one to get a power trip and bash restaurants. I know how hard restaurant staff works and so I usually air on the side of benefit of the doubt, but this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had ordering take out.
It is also my first experience with a “ghost kitchen”. They really should share a few simple instructions for their customers on how to actually find their location, or that they really don’t have a location, because my wife drove around for 45 minutes looking for your store. No signage or instructions, I guess we are just suppose to know that there are restaurants inside of restaurants. She even talked to the strip mall manager of the strip mall where you are located and he didn’t believe your address even existed. THE GUY WHO LOOKS AFTER YOUR STORE DOESN’T EVEN KNOW YOU EXIST!! How do the people that run the place where you are located not even know where you are? Not only that, we tried to call your location to find you, and that was deemed impossible. 6:30 pm on a Saturday night, peak time for take out, and we were not able to talk to a person on the phone to simply get directions. I was directed to leave a message…Well, a message doesn’t help us find your location and it doesn’t help our food stay warm. Am I suppose to wait until business hours on Monday before I get my cheesesteak?
When she did finally find the restaurant within a restaurant, our cheesesteaks and fries had been sitting out for 50 mins. I tried to cancel the order, but I wasn’t able to. We just left the food there..$40 down the drain and a weekend night ruined. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
