I was in Kinston, NC on business and decided to order from “Pardon My Cheese Steak” through Uber Eats. I ordered a traditional Philly Cheese Steak and a side of fries, choosing ranch as my dipping sauce and even requested extra ranch in the notes section.
After an hour, my food arrived. I unpacked everything only to find there was no ranch dressing at all, despite my request. The Philly Cheese Steak itself was decent, but the fries were cold and soggy, which was disappointing.
My biggest issue is that the restaurant didn’t follow the order instructions. After reading some other reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one with complaints. This restaurant really needs to take feedback seriously and improve the overall experience for their customers.

This was the first time I ordered from here thru door dash. I ordered 1 cheesesteak and 1 chicken cheesesteak and a bucket of fries as it shows on the menu, the bundle deal.
They had run out of chicken cheesesteak, so I had it substitute it for a regular cheesesteak instead. Mine was only meat and cheese, and my boyfriend ordered his the same way.
The food arrived, and I was disappointed with the so-called bucket of fries that they gave us. My cheesesteak was okay but my boyfriend’s had peppers all in it which he didn’t order, therefore he couldn’t eat it.
This is probably my first and last time ordering from this restaurant.
