They’ve continued to get the orders incorrect for myself and my coworkers. They don’t follow instructions (i.e. no onion) and sometimes decide to switch up the order entirely with a different entree or additions (like adding bacon when it wasn’t wanted.) I did call the facility directly and they addressed my concerns, which hasn’t helped in their quality or care at all.
I have ordered from Pardon My Cheesesteak many times over the last month or so. I’ve gotten cheesesteak fries each time. They are delicious BUT 9/10 times they’ve gotten my order wrong in some sense. My ranch (that they charge $0.99 for EACH container) is missing 9/10 times. The fries are absolutely useless to me without ranch so now I’m stuck paying around $10 for something I don’t want to touch. This time I even requested extra ranches stating I was happy to pay their fee. What did I get? No ranch.

Late Sunday night Uber eats order. Just what we needed after a show in Salem and back to downtown with no real food options available. Tried them for the 1st time and the cheesesteak and chicken finger were good! Arrived still hot and we dove in. A pleasant surprise.

They have made my order wrong the past 4 times I ordered. It’s like they can’t read I ordered buffalo sauce in the side and when I get my order it’s smothered, soggy and frankly distasteful. I’ve put notes in on all the orders. With over a half dozen orders that were terrible in every way. I’m done ordering at this point. Don’t bother calling support of any kind they don’t answer. Plus the cheesesteak is tiny every time, I didn’t want to leave that out. Horrible experiences, i wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.
