It’s Americanized Mexican food to the absolute extreme. And I suspect much of it is made from frozen. But it has the tendency to hit the spot when you’re in the mood for it. And the portions are rather generous. The challenge is making sure you don’t fill up on chips before your entree hits the table!

We, my husband and I, went to Paradiso for his birthday on 7/28/23. We weren’t disappointed at all. Everything is good there especially the steak fajitas! The service was really good. The young lady said she was new, but you would never know it! She did a great job. We do go other times to not just birthdays. (Even though you get a free meal on your birthday.) We have been going for his birthday for over 7 years. Thanks Paradiso for his birthday meal it was great!! Mine was very good too!

Birthday Dinner being Dine In Only is the dumbest thing ever. I went in tonight to pay for a meal (to bring home to a family member) and also get my birthday meal. It was extremely busy, and I had a ride outside waiting (sorry not everyone with a birthday has a car.) So I order take out for the food I explain that I’m paying for a meal, and it’s also my birthday so I want to get a second meal. But apparently I can’t do that because it’s dine in only. I asked “even if I’m paying for a whole other meal.” She then proceeds to explain to me that it’s that way to “Bring More People Into The Restaurant” Which I find funny because after finding that out I decided to cancel the entire order. So instead of bringing people into the restaurant you just drove a customer and sale out the door. And because I wasted my time going to this restaurant on my birthday I will not ever be returning. I’ll happily spend my money at Charra’s and Tequila a far superior and better restaurant than Paradiso. Might want to rethink your policies

Overall experience was good because of the service. Teyha was very sweet and attentive. We almost left as soon as we got there. The hostess seemed pretty miserable, but we all have bad days, so we gave it a shot anyway. I had the chile relleno, huge disappointment. Diced peppers and cheese deep fried in what I think was an eggroll wrapper. I wouldn’t go back. However, the table service was excellent.

Came in with 5 others, a couple remarked they’ve never had a meal they didn’t like. I had the grilled burrito with chicked and it was wonderful, i like that it comes with a salad. Our waitress, Olivia, was wonderful. We enjoyed having her serve us. She was friendly, bubbly and had a great personality dealing with our group.

Was a good experience. Came in with a group of friends. We sat in the bar area. Food was fantastic. Flavor was perfect. So despite ordering a different meat I finished the meal in delight. Ordered margaritas and there were sooo good. To the point you didn’t taste the alcohol.

The only authentic thing about Paradiso is the background music and the Coke I drank. I’ve never been to a Mexican restaurant where there is no Mexicans in sight. The rice was bland, the green “salsa” disappointing, and the carne asada was chewy. I’m rating this place 2 stars for their attentive service.

Hands down the best Mex food I’ve had in some time!! Our server was super and timely. Awesome decor. Background music was fun. Highly recommend the Seafood Chimi!!

If you want bland, flavorless, Mexican inspired food then this is the place for you. Do not go in expecting anything good. Our waitress was great, the food was gross and disappointing.

The food was good. I like the new salsa recipe. It’s not new but better than it use to be. Like old school in the late 90’s. Our server had a trainer with tagging along. He was very knowledgeable and was able to handle the task of training without being a inconvenience to our table or himself. He was very upbeat and was very friendly to all his tables. I believe him and the cooks got some kinda deal cause our order along with the rest of his tables around us got food right away. Almost like fast food. I enjoyed my experience and the food was hot and exactly as I ordered. I’ll be back for sure.
