Absolutely amazing. All around. Our waitress was wonderful, so attentive and sweet. Our cocktails were delicious and strong. Every course of the evening was delicious. We had fresh bread with a fancy butter and balsamic, so good. Our steaks were cooked perfectly at medium rare as requested, with thoughtful and perfect sides. My dad could not stop raving about the Gorgonzola mashed potatoes and the potato gratin that the rest of us had was so delicious. Fresh perfectly cooked carrots and green bean casserole that reminded me of my Nana’s but with a fancy twist 🙂 Between each course was a special treat, a palate cleanser that was also yummy and unique. This was the best restaurant dining experience I’ve had in a very, very long time- not just in Salem, but in many other cities too. I really hope they stick around for a long time. The price is worth the punch, the experience, the delicious food, it is so worth it. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you to all who helped us have an amazing experience tonight. Cheers!

I don’t know how I never noticed a new cuisine took over this spot but I am SUPER glad we walked by. Service was amazing right at the beginning and all the way to the end. Robyn the mixologist (I hope I spelled your name right) was able to conjure me up an amazing blood orange cosmopolitan. My partner highly recommends the salted blood orange old fashion. Dinner was amazing I wish I took a photo of our appetizer but you have to try the Brussels Sprouts. 10/10 would highly recommend and I know where I’ll be bringing my friends when they visit. Thank you to the staff that made my dinner enjoyable.

My first time at the place. The service was friendly, welcoming and professional throughout dinner. We had the artichoke appetizer, which we found to be the best artichoke dish we’ve ever had! The duck cassoulet and seafood dish for dinner. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious.

Well what a pleasant surprise in Salem Oregon. You ever watch America’s got talent and Simon Cowell watching endless auditions? Then all of a sudden somebody gets up there and sings so well he literally gets emotional, well that’s what happened to me tonight at Paradiso.

I’m all about trying new fine dining and definitely had high hopes as I made my reservation on OpenDoor for an outside table (A little cold. Plus trying to figure out how I’m gonna John-Wick the first homeless guy who asks me for money as I try to eat my pasta with my wife wasn’t too appealing to me on my first date night in a while).

Service was slow, but polite. One dish was perfect the other far from it. Steak Dianne came overcooked. They offered to remake it which took nearly 30mins. When it arrived it was rare to raw in places. During the wait they ignored me completely until I started asking what was going on. They did comp the meal but come on, is not hard to cook steak medium rare!!! If you go here don’t order steak anything else is probably great.

I really enjoyed the lobster pasta. More meat than noodles is okay by me. Jeremiah is a really nice bartender. I recommend dinning here.

Was in Salem for a visit and was walking around the downtown area looking for a place to have dinner. Luckily, I found Paradiso and decided to try it. It was amazing. The cocktails were great (Corpse Reviver 2) and the Shrimp and Grits were fantastic. The dish was served with salsa verde and gave the meal a sweet yet mildly spicy zest. The service was excellent and I highly recommend the creme brulee. The arte deco furnishing and fixtures were a great plus. First rate establishment
