DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I submitted an online order at 11:53am, it was supposed to be ready at 12:08pm. I sat in the parking lot until 12:30 and never received my order, couldn’t get ahold of anyone over the phone, and found the other reviews with the same experiences, so I had to go somewhere else to get lunch before my break was over. Once I got back to work I called their West Dearborn location(1:09pm) to see if there was anyway I could get ahold of someone for a refund and they said they would have a manager from the Melvindale location call me back. Then at 1:28pm I receive a text saying that my order is now ready for pickup, an hour and a half after I ordered, and I can’t leave work to pick it up. I never got a call back from the manager either.

Service: In four attempts at eating here my order has not had items I paid for in two of them. I would normally be more understanding about this at lunch time, but I have been the only person there when this has happened so they don’t even have the excuse of being busy. Specifically when ordering the “Royal-7” no desert was included and when ordering the “Butter Chicken Samosas” no sauce was included.
Food: Taste and quality is good at least for the items I have ordered.

Whoever is the owner of this location needs to properly instruct the employees on the process for serving the “Butter chicken samosas”
They do not understand that the samosas are served with a sauce. It is absolutely absurd to go to a restaurant that is not busy and receive incorrectly prepared food that is listed as the “featured” menu item.
This is not a one time issue. I have order the same menu item three times during lunch hours and never once received the menu item as listed and pictured. I have attached an image of the menu item for reference.

Probably the worst Indian food I have ever had. I ordered the butter chicken rice bowl and it arrived cold. The food was lacking in flavour and simply did not taste fresh. Not even the Naan was good–it was dry and small. This was a carryout order for a large group of employees and none of them enjoyed it. We always look forward to Fridays because it is an opportunity to try new food. This Friday was ruined for all of us. Hope we don’t get sick. Yuck.

I ordered food around 11:15pm during the business’s hours on Friday, June 13th. We waited for about a half an hour but nothing was brought to our car. I tried calling the number listed on my Toast receipt but I was sent to voicemail. I do not know how to get a refund for my order.
If your restaurant is closed early, please turn off online ordering. We just got into town after a very long drive and wasted around 45 minutes total ordering food and then waiting around for nothing.

At first the place looks closed because I never see anybody at the store but a friend looked online and it said the place was open and the food looked good so i decided to try it….smh never again you can’t go inside curb side only I waited a hour and 30 mins before I saw someone pulling up that works there (because you can’t go inside and if you call the number it goes to voicemail)….I asked if they was open and they said yes and I told them how long I’ve been waiting and that I haven’t gotten my food then they looked confused and acted like they never received my order so I showed them my receipt they said they was gonna still make my food I said ok thinking it was gonna be fast I waited ANOTHER!!! 40 mins for my damn food so almost 2 hours and 20 min for some food and I was the only person there and all I order was butter chicken tacos smh I see why they never have any customers and seem closed and now that I’m reading the reviews I’m seeing I’m not the only person that has to wait a long time to get there food I don’t recommend this location maybe the others are better but whoever is in charge at this location customer service is horrible

I visited Paradise street eats & biryani few days back and I wish I came here earlier to try out their delicious food. I loved the authenticity of the hyderabadi dum biryani. My favorite was the tandoori lamb chops and spicy fish pakoda They had the Chettinad Goat curry which was the ultimate winner Loved the softness of the naan bread Great ambience, loved the vibes, incredible service not only from our server but from everyone including the person who greeted us when we entered the restaurant They gave us complimentary masala potato chips and spicy peri peri dip. And after our meal, hot towelettes like a cherry on top ☺️ What’s more to ask in an Indian restaurant with a service which makes us feel like at home
