I ordered a Butterburger basket with broccoli as my side choice of many. My friend had a kids meal. Both were really good. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. There is handicap parking available. Kid friendly. Ask about their veteran discount. Thank you!

I had a order that was made last Friday evening and the food was cold and not up to par and the employees were upset about how busy it was and yelling out for people to go to McDonald’s. When I called the female owner was very nice and apologized for my order not being what it should have been and apologized about her night crew.. I was able to get 2 free value baskets. When I went in tonight to redeem those baskets I asked the male owner if we were able to get the same baskets we ordered the night the food was cold and screwed up on. When he said well I don’t know what you ordered I went on to say well my husband ordered a triple Culver’s deluxe burger.. the owner laughed at me and said I am not going to do all that. I said but that was part of my order that wasn’t right and cold last time. He laughed and didn’t care to hear what I had to say. Very upsetting that I cannot get the order we originally ordered. He is just as bad as his employees from the other night. Not sure if I will go back if this is how the employees act as well as the male adult owner.

The teller was little rude and didn’t read our order back. The delivery guy for food thru drive thru was great! We ordered 5 meals and everything was separated by fries etc . Maybe easier not to do tht im the future.

The only fast food I eat is Culver’s. That is because their ingredients use to be pretty wholesome. I think that has slipped in recent times though. This Culver’s in Delano, had for it order wrong and on two separate occasions. Both my son and my daughter have received a long human hair in their burgers from the Delano Culver’s. Let’s start eating at home where we can trust the cook!

We waited over 20 minutes past our time for a pick up. They screwed up the order, and then gave me attitude when I had to go in twice. One time for my curbside pickup order ( which never came out) then once again when the order was screwed up. I only got attitude, and nothing was made right. It was a 50 dollar order. I usually get fantastic service through the app and at other culvers locations. This is the worst I have ever had. The food was cold. Probably because it sat for over 20 minutes, and wasn’t delivered.

They mess up every order everytime and are extremely rude, especially the newer woman managers and owners. When you pay 30$ for 2 basic baskets, you would think that they would understand why you’re upset when they forget the top bun to your burger, like how??

The last five times I have ordered a root beer float by the time it gets into the cup holder of my car it’s exploding and over flowing. I have brought this to your managers attention over a month ago and will now be filing a complaint with cooperate. Detailing and car washes aren’t cheap. Please redesign your float algorithm or test them out on your cup holders.
